Local Area Four God Astute With Dialectical Find Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Post-stroke Cognitive Dysfunction

Objective: Research and analysis of acupuncture four god astute with the dialectical acupoints therapy in the treatment of post-stroke cognitive dysfunction is superior to pure western medicine therapy,to provide reliable treatment measures for the further optimization of treatment.Methods: Choose sixty cases of patients with cognitive impairment as the object of observation in scavenging free radicals,on the basis of routine medical treatment such as regulation of blood pressure,blood lipid,blood sugar and antipiatelet aggregation,randomly divided into acupuncture four god astute with syndrome differentiation acupuncture group and oxiracetam medication group,thirty cases in each group.The electroacupuncture group treatment once daily.For each thirty mins,six times a week.The control group was treated with oxiracetam tablets 0.8g/tid,for four weeks.The treatment of sixty patients underwent MMSE scale scores before and after treatment,the LOTCA rating scale scores,NCSE test scores table,by integrating the changes,improvement of observation and treatment group control group,clinical efficacy and comparison of two kinds of treatment methods.Results 1.The MMSE scale: The treatment group score significantly higher than the control group after treatment than before,the statistically are difference(P<0.01);After treatment the treatment group than the control group of integral of MMSE scale score,the statistically are difference(P<0.05);2.The LOTCA scale: The LOTCA scale integral of the treatment group and control group after treatment than before,the statistically are difference(P<0.01);After treatment,the treatment group than the control group of integral LOTCA scale score increased significantly,the statistically are difference(P<0.05);3.The NCSE scale: The treatment group and control group after treatment of NCSE scale scores than before,the statistically are difference(P<0.01);After treatment,the treatment group than the control group of integral NCSE scale score,the statistically are difference(P<0.05).Conclusions 1.Electro four god astute with syndrome differentiation acupuncture and medication group can improve cognitive ability in patients with stroke,social life and occupation,contribute to the comprehensive rehabilitation of patients.2.Four god astute acupuncture with the dialectical acupoints in stroke patients and improve the cognitive ability of daily life is better than simple drug group.
