Efficacy Of Auricular Acupressure In The Treatment Of Postoperative Thoracic Thoracotomy

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular acupressure in the treatment of postoperative thoracic thoracic surgery,from the positive signs of the diagnosis of the auricular cavity,the positive positive guide points reveal the significance of the ear acupoints,and the pain scores from the postoperative patients,adverse reactions to the ear Pain treatment of the initial study,to further detect the patient's postoperative plasma ?-EP revealed the mechanism of ear acupuncture pain.Methods:Randomly devide 92 patients into experimental group,placebo group and blank group,Preoperative three groups of patients were auricular view,palpation,and the use of auricular point detector detection,and record the corresponding positive signs and positive guide points.All patients receive normal analgesic treatment after thoracic surgery.In this study patients in experimental group choose shenmen point?sympathetic point?sub cortical point?brain stem point?anterior ear lobe point and chest point.Find out the sensitive points of those selected point by auricular point detector the day before the surgery,and plaster auricular points,tell patients to press these points5-6 times per day.After the surgery detect the corresponding pain points by auricular point detector and add plaster auricular points.Patients in placebo group use adhesive plaster without auricular point in the same points as patients in experimental group,and also press those points5-6 times per day.Both plaster auricular points and adhesive plaster can reserve 3 days after the surgery.Use VAS to assess pain levels at 8h?16h?24h?48h postoperatively,meanwhile record patients' adverse reactions and postoperative plasma ?-endorphin concentration of three groups respectively.Results:(1)The positive rate of positive points was 92.22%,which indicated that the positive rate of the positive points was 83.33%-94.4%,and the positive rate of the positive points was 83.22%.The acupoints have important significance.(2)There were significant differences in VAS scores among the three groups(P<0.05),and no difference between placebo group and blank group at 16h/24h/48 h postoperatively(P>0.05).(3)Symptoms of nausea,vomiting,chest tightness,cough,insomnia showed no statistical significance among the three groups(P>0.05).(4)The plasma ?-EP concentration in the three groups was normal distribution,and the paired t test was used in the group.There was no significant difference in plasma ?-EP between the placebo group and the blank group at 48 hours after operation in the blank group(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference in plasma ?-EP between the blank group and the 24 hours after operation(P> 0.05).(5)Three groups of patients with anxiety score using two-factor analysis of variance P <0.05,can be considered between the three groups of anxiety scores were different,compared with the blank group and placebo group P> 0.05,no difference.(6)Three groups of patients with depression score using two-factor analysis of variance P <0.05,can be considered between the three groups of depression scores were different,blank group and placebo group P> 0.05,no difference.Conclusion:Auricular acupressure can increase the level of plasma ?-EP,reduce pain score,reduce adverse reactions,relieve anxiety,improve lung quality of patients with thoracotomy surgery,and ear diagnosis in clinical significance.
