The control group using conventional western medicine treatment, mild pain (0-3):daffan, po,75mg, qd, or Celebrex capsule, po,200 mg qd; moderate pain (4-6):tramadol tablets, po, 100mg, q12h; severe pain (7-10):po, Oxycontin or morphinesulfate,10mg/30 mg, q12h, or Pro us. ext, Fentanyl Transdermal System,4.2 mg, q72h.; the experimental group on the basis of conventional western medicine combined with catgut implantation at acupoint and auricular point therapy, acupoint catgut embedding is as follows:the main points Zusanli, Zhongwan, Tianshu, Guan Yuan; acupuncture meridians acupoints determined according to lesion in patients with different cancer entrails, pain location, according to the acupoint, acupuncture at pain points as the principle, the concrete application of Shu Mu points, acupoints, contact points, points and Ashi points as point selection methods, once every 10 days,1 times for 1 course of treatment, curative effect were statistically evaluated after4 courses. Ear pressed needle acupoint selection are as follows:Shenmen, sympathetic, basic acupoints cortex; dialectical take points according to the tumor primary sites were lung, stomach, liver, large intestine, small intestine and bone metastasis of the corresponding parts.5 times a day (two ears),2 times for 1 courses of treatment, after 4 courses of statistical evaluation of efficacy. Compare two groups of patients before and after treatment pain score, quality of life scale QLQ C30 EORTC (V3.0) score, western medicine dosage change, evaluation of its efficacy. All data are used SPSS22.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results1. There were no significant differences in pain scores (P>0.05) between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, There were significant differences in pain scores of the two group compare with the treatment before (P<0.01). the experimental group has significant difference with the control group (P<0.01), there was statistical significance.2. There was no significant difference in the score of V3.0 (P>0.05) between the two groups before treatment (V3.0). After treatment, the experimental group has significant difference with the control group (P<0.01), between the treatment before and the treatment after, there was significant difference in V3.0 scores of the two group, there was statistical significance.3. Comparison of the status, There was significant difference between the two groups of adverse events during treatment (P< 0.05), with statistical significance.Conclusion1. Two groups of treatment programs can improve the pain score, and the experimental group in improving the pain digital scores better than the control group.2. Two groups of treatment programs can improve the quality of life scale QLQ C30 EORTC (V3.0) score, and the experimental group in improving the V3.0 digital scores better than the control group.3. the experimental group can reduce pain in patients with adverse events such as side effects of long-term use of painkillers. |
