Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shengqing Jiangzhuo in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(syndrome of phlegm blocking heart vessel)and to explore new ideas for the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods:We selected patients with stable coronary angina pectoris from December 2016 to December 2017 in the cardiovascular department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as a research case. The standard 33 cases used self-control methods. All patients were treated with the basic prescription of Shengqing Jiangzhuo method combined with conventional western medicine. The treatment course was 4 weeks. To observe the changes of angina symptom,TCM syndrome points, electrocardiogram and the improvement of nitroglycerin stopping rate, and evaluate its clinical efficacy. Results:The improvement of angina symptoms before and after treatment was statistically analyzed by software. The results of comparison of angina pectoris scores before and after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of improvement of angina symptoms was 90.63%,and 6 patients had central angina symptoms disappeared(significantly).23 patients with angina symptoms improved(effectively). There were 3 patients with basically no change(invalid)in angina symptom.Patients without worsening angina symptom. The changes of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were analyzed by statistical software. The comparison results before and after treatment of TCM syndrome total scores were statistically significant(P<0.05),and were superior to those before treatment. After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of TCM syndrome improvement was 87.5%,Among them,9 cases had an integral score of ? 70%(expressive effect)of TCM syndrome efficacy, and 70%>TCM syndrome efficacy had an integral ratio of ? 30%Of the 19 patients who were effective,30%>4 patients had an integral ratio of ? 0%(invalid)in the efficacy of TCM syndromes, and had no patients with<0%of the integral ratio(emphasis)of TCM syndromes. After 4 weeks of ECG changes, the total effective rate of electrocardiogram improvement was 84.38%,and 8 patients whose“central normal”or“normal electrocardiogram”(significantly effective)electrocardiogram returned to normal. The change of ST segment and T wave of electrocardiogram was improved. However, there were 19 patients who did not achieve“general normal electrocardiogram"(effective),5 patients had no significant changes in electrocardiogram before and after treatment, and none had ST-segment and T-wave changes in the electrocardiogram. The change of nitroglycerin consumption before and after treatment was compared between the changes of nitroglycerin before and after treatment.Statistical software analysis showed that the difference between before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,it was better than before treatment. After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of the curative effect of nitroglycerin withdrawal rate was 90.63%,7 patients were stopped taking nitroglycerin(effectively),and 22 patients after treatment were more than 50%(effective)of nitroglycerin before treatment.3 patients with less than 50%(ineffective)reduction in nitroglycerin use before and after treatment, and there was no additional increase in nitroglycerin consumption in patients.Conclusion:1.Liberation and Turbidity Reduction can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with stable angina.2.The clearing and descending turbidity method can effectively improve the TCM syndromes of patients with stable angina pectoris.3.The clearing and descending turbidity method can improve the ECG performance of patients with stable angina.4.The method of promoting clearing and descending turbidity can effectively reduce the use of nitroglycerin in patients with stable angina and increase the rate of nitroglycerin stoppage.
