Clinical Observation Of San Jie Tong Luo Tang In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease(Syndrome Of Phlegm And Turbidity Blocking)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of San jie tong luo tang in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and to explore the efficacy and safety of San jie tong luo tang in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart diseaseMethods:From March 2019 to December 2019,63 outpatients from the cardiovascular department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine were selected for this clinical observation,including 3 patients who fell off(006,014 and 019 patients fell off due to personal reasons),and 60 cases were completed.Western medicine diagnosis is consistent with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis is consistent with chest arthralgia and heartache(syndrome of phlegm and turbidity blocking),and the treatment is given San jie tong luo tang(the decoction comes from the decoction room of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine),15 0ml each time,twice a day for 4 weeks,using the method of patients’ own before and after control,the effect of angina pectoris,ECG,stopping rate of nitroglycerin,TCM syndrome treatment,efficacy and safety indexes were compared and observed,the corresponding data calculation and statistics were completedResult:1.The curative effect of angina pectoris:the total effective rate was 8 5.00%,the total score of angina pectoris after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)2.Electrocardiographic effect:the total effective rate was 75.00%,which was significantly improved after treatment compared with that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)3.The stopping rate of nitroglycerin:the stopping rate was 76.67%.The amount of nitroglycerin used after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)4.Curative effect of TCM syndrome:the total effective rate was 91.67%,and the total score of TCM syndrome after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)5.Safety index:there was no significant difference in liver,renal function and coagulation function between before and after treatment(P>0.05)Conclusion:1.San jie tong luo tang can improve the TCM syndrome of patients with stable angina pectoris(syndrome of phlegm and turbidity blocking);2.San jie tong luo tang can improve the angina symptoms and ECG ischemia of patients with stable angina pectoris(syndrome of phlegm and turbidity blocking);3.San jie tong luo tang can reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin in patients with stable angina pectoris(syndrome of phlegm and turbidity blocking).
