Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris(Syndrome Of Phlegm Blocking Heart Vessel) With Modified Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction And Banxia Houpu Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction and Banxia Houpu Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(syndrome of phlegm blocking heart vessel)of coronary heart disease.Methods:From December 2018 to December 2019,62 patients who were diagnosed as stable angina pectoris(phlegm obstruction syndrome)in the outpatient department of the cardiovascular department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.Randomly divide 62 cases that meet the criteria into a treatment group and a control group,each with 31 cases.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine.The treatment group was combined with Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction and Banxia Houpu Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Observe the changes of angina pectoris symptoms,the improvement of TCM syndrome score and the rate of nitroglycerin cessation before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:1.The efficacy of angina pectoris in the two groups:After treatment,the scores of angina pectoris in both groups were better than those before treatment,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The difference in angina scores between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%better than that of the control group 60.00%(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.2.The efficacy of TCM syndromes in two groups of patients:The scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were better than those before treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%better than the control group of 66.67%(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant3.The judgment of the curative effect of nitroglycerin cessation rate in two groups of patients:The effective rate of the treatment group was 80.00%better than that of the control group 60.00%(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significantConclusion:1.Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction and Banxia Houpu Decoction can improve angina pectoris symptoms and TCM syndromes in patients with stable angina pectoris(syndrome of phlegm blocking heart vessel)2.Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction and Banxia Houpu Decoction can increase the rate of nitroglycerin withdrawal,and have a positive effect on the reduction of nitroglycerin in patients with stable angina pectoris(syndrome of phlegm blocking heart vessel).
