Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Female Urethral Syndrome With Sun's Abdominal Acupuncture Combine With Scalp Acupuncture

Objective:This subject was designed to observe the clinical efficiency of Sun's abdominal acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture in treating Female urethral syndrome.Methods:In this topic,72 patients of female urethral syndrome were selected according to the inclusion criteria,which were divided into the treatment group and the control group by random digital table,36 cases in each group.The treatment group includes Baihui(DU20),the emotion area(two sides),the scalp foot motor-sensory area(two sides),the first area of Sun's abdominal acupuncture(two sides)and the ninth area of Sun's abdominal acupuncture(two sides).The control group consists of Zhongji,Pangguangshu(two sides),Sanyinjiao(two sides),Yinlingquan(two sides),Ganshu(two sides)and Taichong(two sides).After puncturing the needle,the needle should be kept for 30 minutes,1 time per day,12 day for one course of treatment.2 courses of treatment and 1 day of rest.After the courses of treatment,the quality of life Assessment scale,urethral syndrome assessment scale and depression self-assessment scale were used to evaluate the curative effect of patients.Results:1.Before treatment,the general condition about the treatment group and the control group(age,the course of disease),the quality of life assessment scale,total score of urethral syndrome rating and clinical symptom score,and depression self-assessment scale were compared between groups,there were no statistically significant differences(p>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.2.After the treatment course,the quality of life assessment scale,total urethral syndrome score,and depression self-assessment score were compared between the treatment group and the control group,the treatment group score was lower than the control group.There were statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group(p<0.05).Compared the clinical symptoms in the two groups,such as the number of nocturnal urination,frequent micturition,acute urination,pain of urine,incontinence,micturition arduous,rectal flatulence and anxiety,the treatment group score was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).As for lower abdominal pain,perineum discomfort,the influence sex life aspect,there were no statistical differences(p>0.05).3.After the treatment course,compared with the treatment before and after,and analysis the results of the quality of life assessment scale,the total score of the urethral syndrome assessment,the clinical symptom score of the urethral syndrome assessment,and the depression self-assessment scale.The scores were decreased after treatment.There were statistical significant between the treatment group and the control group(p<0.01).4.As for comparing the effective rate of two group,the total effective rate in the control group is 73.53%,and that in the treatment group is 85.71%.There was statistical significance difference between the two groups.Conclusion:1.Both Sun's abdominal acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture and traditional acupuncture treatment are effective for the treatment of female urethral syndrome.2.The clinical efficiency of Sun's abdominal acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture in treating female urethral syndrome was better than routine acupuncture,especially in the aspects of the symptoms of lower urinary tract and mental symptoms.
