Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Dyslipidemia Of Refractory Nephrotic Syndrome With Tiao Zhi Tang

Objective:By using Tiaozhi Tang to treat the dyslipidemia of refractory nephrotic syndrome,to observe the changes of blood lipids after treatment,and to judge the curative effect of Tiaozhi Tang on the dyslipidemia ofrefractory nephrotic syndrome.Methods:In this study,40 patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were selected,and syndrome differentiation of Qi and Yin deficiency and wet turbidity certificate syndrome in Chinese Medicine.On the basis of general treatment and symptomatic treatment,and it was treated with yiqi yangyin huazhuo turbid Chinese medicine,one dose per day,300ml water decoction,divided into morning and evening,after meals and a course of 8 weeks.Self-treatment before and after the control method,were observed before and after treatment of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL),24 hours urinary protein,urinary protein,serum albumin,alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartic transaminase(AST),creatinine and urea nitrogen and laboratory indexes and the change of TCM syndrome integral,SPSS17.0 software was used to process data for statistical analysis,to observe the curative effect of Tiaozhi Tang on the dyslipidemia of refractory nephrotic syndrome.Results:1.The total effective rate of Tiaozhi Tang in the treatment of dyslipidemia of refractory nephrotic syndrome is 85%.2.After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 87.5%,and the score of TCM syndromes was significantly lower than that of the former,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).3.After treatment,urinary protein and 24-hour urinary protein were decreased and serum albumin was increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),so after treatment,the difference was better than before treatment.Conclusion:1.Tiaozhi Tang can improve the disorder of blood lipid metabolism and improve the comprehensive clinical effect in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome(Qi and Yin deficiency and wet turbidity certificate).2.In the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome(Qi and Yin deficiency and wet turbidity certificate),Tiaozhi Tang can reduce the amount of urine protein,24-hour urinary protein,and serum albumin.3.Tiaozhi Tang can improve the clinical symptoms of TCM of refractory nephrotic syndrome(Qi and Yin deficiency and wet turbidity certificate).
