Objective: Through clinical observation to explore the efficacy and safety of Bushen Jiangzhi Recipe in the treatment of patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency nephrotic syndrome complicated with dyslipidemia, and provide relevant theoretical basis for the treatment of the disease. Methods: Sixty patients with nephrotic syndrome and dyslipidemia who met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into 2 groups using random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, and the experimental group was supplemented with Bushen Jiangzhi Recipe on the basis of the treatment of the control group for 8 weeks.Observe the changes of blood lipids(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C),24-hour urine protein, plasma albumin,TCM syndrome scores and safety indicators before and after treatment, and use statistical software SPSS18.0 Two groups of data were analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Bushen Jiangzhi Recipe in treating nephrotic syndrome with dyslipidemia.Results:(1)Comparison of total efficacy: The total effective rate of lipid-lowering in the test group was 86.67%,and that in the control group was 73.33%.The total efficacy of the test group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of efficacy of TCM syndromes: The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the test group was 90.00%,and that in the control group was 66.67%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of blood lipid efficacy: After treatment, the TC,TG,LDL-C of the two groups of patients decreased compared with before treatment, and the decrease of the test group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);after treatment, the HDL-C of the two groups Compared with the increase before treatment, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the controlgroup(P>0.05).(4)Comparison of 24-hour urine protein quantification and plasma albumin efficacy:After treatment, the 24-hour urinary protein quantitation and plasma albumin efficacy of both groups of patients were improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of single symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: The test group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of patients with facial puffiness, chills, cold limbs, loose stools, tiredness, weight loss, lack of food, and abdominal distension. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)Safety evaluation: Compared with before treatment, the levels of renal function(SCr,BUN)and liver function(ALT,AST)of the two groups did not change significantly(P>0.05),and there were no obvious abnormalities in blood and stool routine and electrocardiogram. The treatment No adverse reactions occurred during this period. Conclusion: 1.Bushen Jiangzhi Recipe combined with conventional Western medicine treatment can effectively improve the blood lipid level of patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency nephrotic syndrome,at the same time can reduce urine protein and increase plasma albumin.2.Bushen Jiangzhi Recipe combined with conventional Western medicine treatment can effectively improve the patient's TCM syndrome performance, and has no obvious effect on liver and kidney function, and has good safety.
