Clinical Observation On Watering To Nourish Wood Acupuncture Treatment Of Fire Exuberant Due To Yin Deficiency Type Of Insomia After Stroke

Objective:To compared the clinical effect of“watering to nourish wood acupuncture" and conventional acupuncture to treatment of the fire exuberant due to yin deficiency type of insomia after strokeMethods:60 patients of the fire exuberant due to yin deficiency type of insomia after stroke were randomly distribute treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases patients.Treatment group was treat by "nourishing the liver and kidney”acupuncture therapy,the control group was adopt conventional acupuncture treatment.Before and after treatment 4 weeks,measuring the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale to compared two meathods' s efficacy.All patients with TCM syndrome score and ESS score,The degree of neurologicsal deficits score.To observe the clinical curative effect after 4 weeks treatment and compared the difference between two groups.The data were analyzed with SPSS software.Results:1.PSQI Score:Compared with before and after treatment of PSQI scores,treatment groups of patients before treatment the average PSQI scores is 16.13.after treatment the average PSQI scores is 7.70.control groups of patients before treatment of average PSQI scores is 15.90.after conventional acupuncture treatment the average PSQI scores is 10.10.indicating two groups PSQI score all descend before and after treatment.After 4 weeks treatment,compared with PSQI score between two groups.with two independent samples t-test,p<0.01,there was significant statistics difference.2.TCM symptoms of measurements:Compared with two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome score,by statistic analyzed,the treatment group compared with before treatment with a significant difference afer treatment 4 weeks(p<0.01),compared with the treatment group and the control group was p<0.01.3.The degree of neurological deficit score:After 4 weeks treatment two groups of patients with neurological deficits score compared with before treatment of the score are all decreased,the treatment group compared with before treatment with a greater difference,by sta tistic analyzed,the treatment group and the control group was p<0.01.4.ESS sore:two group of patients after treatment of ESS score all decreased,the treatment group and control group was p<0,01,with two independent samples t-test,P<0.05,there was significant difference.5.observe the clinical curative effect,the treatment group of 30 cases,11 cases were cured,9 cases objective effective,7 cases less effective.3 cases were valid,the effective rate was 90.0%.The control group of 30 cases,8 cases were cured,10 cases objiective effective,5cases less effective.7 cases were valid,the effective rate was 76.0%.Statistically,the difference was significant(p<0.01).Conclusion:1.Post stroke insomnia-hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency type fast acting can be improved by nourishing the liver and kidney acupuncture treatment.2.Treatment of insomia after stroke by nourishing the liver and kidney acupuncture therapy is better than routine acupuncture therapy,worthy of clinical generalize.
