Clinical Research On Nourishing Yin And Nourishing Heart To Treat Insomnia About Yin Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney By Acupuncture

Objective:Through observation before and after treatment in patients with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,the change of clinical symptoms and Chinese medicine's syndro,me score,to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Nourishing Yin and Nourishing Heart.Methods:A randomized method is used to the research.It is included in this study conform to the standard set of 60 patients with insomnia,are randomly divided into treatment group and control group.treatment group of 30 cases with Nourishing Yin and Nourishing Heart by acupuncture treatment,control group of 30 cases with oral Right zopiclone tablets treatment.two groups are surrounded by continuous treatment about all round.Observe the comparison of before and after treatment in patients with PSQI scale,Chinese medicine's symptoms and the change of the general curative effect.blood routine,electrocar diogram(ECG),liver and kidney function are used as the safety index,to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Nourishing Yin and Nourishing Heart.Results:LA total of 60 patients with a total of 60 patients complete clinical observation,and the loss rate of the two groups is 0.00%.2.Before treatment,there is no significant difference of statistion between the two groups in terms of gender,age,course of disease,Chinese medicine's symptom distribution.Chinese medicine's syndrome score and PSQI score(P>0.05).3.The total effective rate of the treatrment group is 80.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 73.33%,while the two groups show no significant difference(P>0.05).4.After treatment,two groups can improve the PSQI score and Chinese medicine's syndrome score.the changes of the treatment group(27.18± 11.81 to 20.93±15.22)and the control group(27.36±11.82 to 22.83±14.87),is compared to have no obvious difference(P>0.05).The PSQI score change of the treatment group[12.50(9.75-15.25)to 7.00(3.75-11.00)]and the control group[13.00(9.75-15.25)to 11.000(9.00-14.25)],and the difference between the two groups is significantly different(P<0.05).5.Clinical observation in the process.the treatment group has no adverse events occurred,the laboratory indexes of liver and kidney function,blood routine,electrocution diagram(ECG)there are no obvious changes.the control group patients during clinical therapy appear the mild adverse reactions,such as mouth is dry,mouth is bitter,dizziness,drowsiness,nausea and fatigue subjective discomfort,but does not affect the normal life,therefore,during the treatment do not stop drug or treatment,or reducing,and the laboratory indexes of liver and kidney function,blood routine,electrocution diagram(ECG)has no obvious changes.There is no significant difference before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Nourishing Yin and Nourishing Heart uses the dialectical treatment method,use acupuncture according to the syndrome.its curative effect is reliable,and the prescription is simple and practical.It can effectively improve sleep condition and treat secondary symptoms.2.Nourishing Yin and Nourishing Heart can reduce the recurrence rate,no dependence,no adverse reactions,and good safety.
