| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Nourishing yin,clearing heat and regulating spirit application on insomnia patients with heart-kidney imbalance,To provide high quality and scientific evidence for acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of insomnia of heart kidney disjunction type,and to study a new effective,safe and green method,so as to better guide clinical practice.Methods:Randomized 68 insomnia patients with heart-kidney imbalance into treatment Group(34)and control group(34).there were no cases of exfoliation and termination in both groups,68 cases were completed.The treatment groups was treated by Nourishing yin,clearing heat and regulating spirit,while the control group was treated by communicating yin and yang,clearing the heart and calming the mind.Treatment once a day,rest on Saturday,12 times as a course of treatment,after two courses of treatment,observe the changes of the total score of PSQI and TCM syndrome before and after treatment.Results:In this study,72 patients were enrolled,4 cases were lost,and 68 cases were completed,34 cases in each group.After two courses of treatment,the results were as follows:1.According to the score reduction rate of PSQI scale,the standard result of curative effect was determined: The Treatment Group was 16 cases recovered,10 cases markedly effective,6 effective cases,invalid 2 cases,the overall effiency was 94.11%;the control groups was 6 cases recovered,6 cases markedly effective,18 effective cases,invalid 4cases,the overall effiency was 88.23%(p < 0.05),and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the Control Group;2.Comparison within the two groups: Before and after treatment,there was significant difference in the total grouping of TCM syndromes(p < 0.05),and there was significant difference in the total grouping of PSQI before and after treatment(p < 0.05)There were significant differences in PSQI scores between the two groups before and after treatment(p < 0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes,total scores of PSQI and PSQI scores in the two groups before and after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,the total scores of TCM Syndrome,PSQI and PSQI were improved in both groups after treatment;3.Comparison between the two groups: after treatment,the difference between the two groups in the total TCM syndrome group(P = 0.019 < 0.05)was statistically significant,and the score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group;after treatment,the difference between the two groups in the total PSQI scale group(P = 0.002 <0.05)was statistically significant,and the score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group;after treatment,the scores of the two groups in the PSQI scale in sleep quality,length of ones sleep ones bedtime time,fall asleep time,sleep efficiency,somnipathy and hypnotic drugs among the six groups were statistically significant(P <0.05),and the score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group;among them,the difference of daytime dysfunction between the two groups(P > 0.05)was not statistically significant,and the score of the treatment group was similar to that of the control group;it indicated that the total score of TCM syndromes and the amount of PSQI in the treatment group after treatment The improvement of total score and sleep quality,length of ones sleep ones bedtime time,fall asleep time,sleep efficiency,somnipathy,hypnotics were better than that of the control group,and the two groups had the same effect in daytime dysfunction.Conclusion:The method of Nourishing Yin,clearing heat and regulating spirit is a better method for the treatment of insomnia of heart kidney non intersection type.It provides high-quality and scientific evidence for acupuncture in clinical treatment of insomnia of heart kidney non intersection type,and studies a new effective,safe and green method,so as to better guide clinical practice. |
