The Research Of Treating Intractable Insomnia By Nourishing Yin And Reducing Pathogenic Fire

This thesis brings forward the thought of treating intractable insomnia by nourishing yin and reducing pathogenic fire and observe the therapeautic effect of Zi Yin Xie Huo An Mian Tang decoction in treating intractable insomnia about hyperactivity of pathogenic fire due to deficiency of yin,which proves it's validity and feasibility.Five movements and six climates change a lot from ancient to modern.With the changes of weather and circumstances,occurrence of disease in the human body have changed.The transformations of modern environment and life style lead to the changes of the constitution of modern people.Hyperactivity of pathogenic fire due to deficiency of yin becomes too much.Intractable insomnia are mostly caused by hyperactivity of fire due to yin decificiency.So we create Zi Yin Xie Huo An Mian Tang Decoction to treat it,which have fine curative effect.In clinic,66 cases which are insomnia with TCM syndrome of hyperactivity of pathogenic fire due to decificiency of yin are randomly classified into two groups,in trail group patients are treated by Zi Yin Xie Huo An Mian Tang decoction and in control group patients are treated by Huang Lian E Jiao Tang decoction,four-weeks was a course.The changes of TCM sign and SAS,SDS,PSQI scores are observed.After treatment,the clinical observations show that the trail group is superior to control group in improving clinical symptom.Zi Yin Xie Huo An Mian Tang decoction not only plays great role in keeping sedation and tranquilization but also can ameliorate anxious or depressive spirit.This validates the correctness of treating intractable insomnia by nourshing yin and reducing pathogenic fire.This study brings forward the thought of treating intractable insomnia by nourshing yin and reducing pathogenic fire according to the constitution of modern people,open up a...
