Clinical Observation Of Auricular Acupuncture Match Up With Respiratory Metohd Of Supplementation And Drainage Treatment Of Cardiac Neurosis

Objective:The purpose of this observation is to study the clinical efficacy of auricular acupuncture match up with respiratory method of supplementation and drainage treatment of cardiac neurosis.By comparing the efficacy of auricular acupuncture match up with respiratory method of supplementation and drainage treatment of cardiac neurosis with routine auricular acupuncture treatment and respiratory method of supplementation and drainage treatment of cardiac neurosis,we open up a new way to find more effective methods of diagnosis and treatment by auricular acupuncture match up with respiratory method of supplementation and drainage treatment.Methodology:90 patients with cardiac neurosis are randomly divided into three groups:treatment group.the 1st control group and the 2nd control group.The treatment group is treated with auricular acupuncture match up with respiratory method of supplementation and drainage treatment,while the 1st control group is treated with routine auricular acupuncture treatment and the 2nd control group is treated with respiratory method of supplementation and drainage treatment.We use the " Hamilton Anxiety Scale"(HAMA)"Zung-Self-rating Anxiety Scale"(SAS)" Zung-Self-rating(SDS)Depression Scale”as the criterion.According to the degree of chest distress,palpitation,dizziness,and short of breath,we calculate the curative effect index and evaluate the HAMA?SAS?SDS index and the recurrence rate of the three groups.Result:We compare the clinical effects of auricular acupuncture match up with respiratory method of supplementation and drainage treatment.After treatment,the P of the clinical efficacy is below 0.05.Specifically,the symptoms like chest distress,palpitation,dizziness,and short of breath of 30 patients in the treatment group allievate obviously.The effective rate of treatment group in HAMA?SAS?SDS are 90%?66.7%?63.3%which are higher than the 1st control group and the 2nd control group,in addition,with a lower recurrence rate.That can be concluded that the auricular acupuncture match up with respiratory method of supplementation and drainage treatment?the routine auricular acupuncture treatment and routine body acupuncture are both effective in the treatment of cardiac neurosis,but the auricular acupuncture match up with respiratory method of supplementation and drainage treatment is more effective than the other two.Conclusion:1.Auricular acupuncture match up with respiratory method of supplementation and drainage treatment.the routine auricular acupuncture treatment and routine body acupuncture are both effective in the treatment of cardiac neurosis.2.Auricular acupuncture match up with respiratory method of supplementation and drainage treatment is better than routine auricular acupuncture in the treatment of cardiac neurosis3.Auricular acupuncture match up with respiratory method of supplementation and drainage treatment is better than routine body acupuncture in the treatment of cardiac neurosis.
