Objective:The purpose of this project is to apply the theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and philological methods to sum up the rule of syndromes and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis,and to provide the basis for the establishment of the theory of "lung damage and collateral injury".Methods:1.To summarize the understanding of pulmonary fibrosis and pulmonary fistula in ancient physicians.According to the theory of Chinese medicine,according to the performance of pulmonary fibrosis syndrome,it is classified as a lung fistula.Collect the literature of the ancient lung fistula,conduct a comparatively comprehensive and systematic understanding of the rules of the syndromes and treatment of the lung hernia through philological methods and data compilation and analysis,and summarize the etiology,pathogenesis,and syndromes of lung fibrosis and pulmonary fistula in the motherland medicine.Treatment type;Through the library literature database and Chinese medical software,collected and screened medical doctors for the treatment of tuberculosis in 52 cases.And the application of standardized data processing,the establishment of related databases,the use of statistical analysis software on the pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis,symptoms,drugs statistical analysis.2.Including 25 cases of clinical pulmonary fibrosis included in the standard,the data of main clinical pulse and treatment prescriptions will be standardized,relevant databases will be established,and statistics and analysis will be carried out.The establishment of the doctrine provides a theoretical basis.Results:1.Pulmonary fibrosis-The pathogenesis of pulmonary fistula is the source of the evil and the lungs.2.Pulmonary fibrosis-the main treatment of pulmonary fistula drugs classified as antitussive and expectorant drugs,tonic drugs,Huoxue Tongluo;its mainly owned by the lung;sexual taste mostly cold,warm,flat.3.The dialectical treatment of pulmonary fibrosis is closely related to the repair of lung collateral damage.Conclusion:1.The etiology and pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis is consistent with the theory of "lung damage and collateral injury" in relation to lung damage caused by lung injury.2.Take the law of lung fibrosis as an example to provide theoretical support for the theory of "lung damage to collaterals".3.Based on the theory of "Lung injury and collateral injury",pulmonary fibrosis can be treated based on syndrome differentiation.
