Collect effective medical cases of lung carbuncle treatment; standardized the effective information; Establish medical records about the data bases of acute lung carbuncle regarding medicines and syndromes. Study the databases via SAS9.1 statistical software with the method of mathematical statics and associate rules and link analysis including frequency factor, cluster and typical cases, during which process the laws of development of pathogenesis and treatment of lung carbuncle are explored; the features and an overview of the cause, pathogenesis, symptoms and treatment of lung carbuncle are analyzed.Results:1. Result of common data:The incidence rate of lung carbuncle in male is higher than female; from the perspective of age, the morbidity from high to low by turns:young people, middle-aged people, children, old people.2. Result of syndrome differentiation:The proportion of etiology from high to low by turns:exopathogens transform into heat, internal injury heat and external disease factors, phlegm-heat, unhealthy diet habits; the state of illness from high to low by turns:initial stage, carbuncle stage, purulent stage, recovery stage.3.
