Construction And Application Of Modern Literature Management And Analysis Database For Lung Diseases

Purpose:To establish modern literature management and analysis database of lung disease(LDD V1.0),and take idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)for example,introduce the structure module and functions of each module of LDD V1.0,in order to provide an effective way and platform for traditional Chinese medicine clinical syndrome treatment system of lung diseases.Material and method:Formulating the overall functional objectives for LDD V1.0,and designing the data integration and the function of each module of LDD V1.0.And taking IPF for example,using LDD V1.0 and retrieving modern clinical literature on prevention and treatment of IPF by traditional Chinese medicine,exploring the inherent law by data mining methods,such as frequency analysis,cluster analysis,association analysis,and analysing the clinical literature of the sex distribution,journal collection,complication,medicinal herbs classification,etc.Results: 1.LDD V1.0 can analyse data mining,such as frequency analysis,medicinal herbs category frequency analysis and medicinal herbs association rules analysis,can be carried out in LDD V1.0.Modern literature of lung disease can also be statistically analyzed.2.Analysing literature on prevention and treatment of IPF by LDD V1.0,showed that including 122 literatures,involving 57 kinds of journals;complications relating to seven categories;observation index counting on 19 categories;the contents of random method,blind type,observation record of adverse reaction,cases withdrawal and loss of visit remain to be strengthened in the literature record.3.Data mining of prescriptions of prevention and treatment IPF in the literature showed that classification of medicinal herbs in prescriptions of prevention and treatment IPF mainly giving priority to tonifying deficiency medicinal,heat-clearing medicinal,blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinal,phlegm-expelling,cough-suppressing and panting-calming medicinal;prescriptions of syndrome differentiation and treatment of IPF showed that the main compatibility patterns of Chinese medicinal herbs were 49 medicinal herbs pair or medicinal herbs group,such as Huangqi?Danggui,Huangqi?Baizhu,Huangqi?Danshen and Danggui,etc.From the perspective of using medicinal herbs,IPF was closely related to "deficiency","stasis","phlegm" and "heat".Conclusion: 1.LDD V1.0 can rapidly sort out,inquiry,output,and analyse modern literature of lung disease based on the database technology.LDD V1.0 can provide effective modes and platforms for diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.2.Data mining for IPF by LDD V1.0 showed the core medicinal herbs,medicinal herbs combination rule and prescription structure of the regularity of medicinal herbs in the system of IPF clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and analysis of the combination relationship of disease-syndrome-medicinal herbs.It had a certain reference value for teaching,clinical and scientific research.3.The application of LDD V1.0,we can analyse the literature,syndrome differentiation classification and medicinal herbs use of lung disease in order to construct the syndrome differentiation and treatment system of related lung diseases,and make quantitative analysis.It was also possible to explore the characteristics of multiple system syndrome and provide strong data support for follow-up research on high quality evidence-based research.
