Objective:This topic aims to apply the theoretical knowledge and philological methods of traditional Chinese medicine to summarize the rule of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and to provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of the theory of lung damage and collaterals.Methods:1.Collect,sort out and summarize the understanding of ancient physicians on the lung inflation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.According to the clinical manifestations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,Chinese medicine will be classified as "lung inflation" category.Through philological methods,data organization and analysis,a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the rule of syndrome of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and lung distention is made.And summed up the literature on the etiology,pathogenesis,and dialectical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease-lung inflation in the motherland.Through the library literature database and the Chinese medical software,we collected and screened 453 cases of lung distension medical records that met the inclusion criteria in the past and standardized the data,established relevant databases,and used the statistical analysis software to analyze the pathogenesis of the lung distension.Symptoms,drugs for statistical analysis,and data analysis and classification.2.86cases of standard clinical obstructive pulmonary disease will be included in the medical record.The data of the main clinical symptoms and treatment prescriptions will be standardized.A related database will be established,and statistics and analysis will be carried out.The establishment of the doctrine provides a theoretical basis.Results:1.Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease-the cause of lung inflation is a chronic illness lung deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis,complex feelings induced exacerbation of exacerbations.2.Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease The main treatment for lung inflation:Cough and anti-asthma drugs,phlegm drugs,tonic drugs,and blood circulation;it mainly belongs to the lungs;sexual odor is mostly warm,flat,pungent,and sweet.3.The dialectical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is closely related to the repair of lung collateral damage.Conclusion:1.The etiology and pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is consistent with the theory of "lung damage and collateral damage"in relation to lung damage caused by lung damage.2.Taking the rule of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease as an example,it can provide theoretical support for the theory of "lung damage and collateral injury".3.According to the theory of "lung damage",it is possible to diagnose and treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
