Objective: To observe the acupuncture and moxibustion.Combined treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia(cold syndrome)clinical efficacy,explore the transmission of acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia(cold syndrome)clinical curative effect for the treatment of this disease,in order to provide a new effective treatment technology.Methods: 70 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia(wind cold syndrome)who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the subjects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each group according to the ratio of 1:1.The observation group with infusion of acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture treatment,acupuncture,Ashi acupoints: Hsiakuan point.The control group were treated with C Masi Bing,the first day of 100mg/ tablets,2 times a day;second days after every other day increased 100 mg,daily maintenance dose 400mg-800 mg,divided doses daily;the highest amount does not exceed 1200 mg.The observation group received 1 courses of treatment for 6 times,and 1 days after each treatment.The control group took 7 days for 1 courses.Two groups were treated for 3 courses,and the curative effect was evaluated.After first days of treatment and thirtieth days after treatment,VAS score,symptom score and other indicators were used to evaluate the curative effect.The statistical analysis of the collected data was carried out by the statistical software SPSS 20.Results: On the first day after treatment,the VAS score,TCM symptom score and clinical efficacy in the observation group were significantly different from those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).On the thirtieth day after treatment,the VAS score,TCM symptom score and clinical efficacy in the observation group were significantly different from those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.May two treatments improve pain symptoms in patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia;2.Acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture therapy in the treatment of the control group after first days and thirtieth days after treatment were better than the effect,for the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia(cold syndrome)is one of the effective methods.
