Comparison Of Clinical Efficacy Of Electroacupuncture And Warm Acupuncture On Rheumatoid Arthritis Of Wind Cold And Damp Arthralgia And The Effect Of Serum MMP-3

ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to study the theory and clinical observation of rheumatic rheumatoid arthritis by warm acupuncture and electroacupuncture.To investigate the clinical symptoms of MMP-3 effect and mechanism of development;contrast observation on clinical effect of warming acupuncture and electroacupuncture treatment of wind cold dampness type RA;analysis of acupuncture and moxibustion and electroacupuncture on matrix metalloproteinase MMP-3 changes the role of efficiency;to provide scientific basis for the treatment and curative effect evaluation of patients with cold dampness resistance type RA.MethodThrough theoretical and clinical studies,the effect of warm acupuncture and electroacupuncture on the MMP-3 effect of wind cold and damp arthralgia RA patients was elucidated.Through consulting library books,retrieving HowNet database and so on,we collate related data,complete related theoretical research,understand RA from different angles,further explore its etiology and pathogenesis,and systematically summarize the recent RA treatment methods in China and Western countries.The clinical study of patients in the group were set,electroacupuncture group and thermoacupuncture group two group of comparison,the electroacupuncture group with electroacupuncture therapy in 28 cases,thermoacupuncture group on the basis of the EA group on the use of acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of 27 cases of treatment group,day treatment were 1 times,3 times a week,4 weeks as a course of treatment.Continuous 2 courses of treatment before and after treatment between the two groups of clinical observation index(the time of morning stiffness,the number of swollen joints,ESR,CRP)and matrix metalloproteinase MMP-3,DSA-28 evaluation before and after treatment between the two groups in the score,VAS score,WHOQOL-BREF score and curative effect evaluation.Result(1)The clinical curative effect and treatment of acupuncture group and index of thermoacupunctore group improved significantly(P<0.05).Among them,the number of joint swelling,morning stiffness time,acupuncture and moxibustion group than in the electroacupuncture group(P<0.05).In the VAS score,the number of joint pressure pain,ESR,CRP,DSA-28,the electroacupuncture group was better than the warm acupuncture group(P<0.05).(2)the WHOQOL-BREF scale of the two groups was significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05).Among them,in the fields of physical and psychological and environmental fields,the EA group was better than acupuncture group(P<0.05),but the scores of the two groups of social areas were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)the concentration of serum MMP-3 in 60 patients was higher than that of healthy adults(P<0.01).(4)Of the two groups after treatment of serum MMP-3 concentration in patients with RA were significantly lower(P<0.05),and the electric acupuncture group was better than acupuncture group(P<0.05).(5)The EA group the total efficiency of 92.9%,acupuncture group 88.9%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion(1)the development process of RA is closely related to matrix metalloproteinase MMP-3.The increase of serum MMP-3 concentration is closely related to synovial inflammation,cartilage and bone destruction.(2)the severity of the disease is related to the serum MMP-3 concentration.The higher the concentration is,the more severe the symptom is.The increased concentration of matrix metalloproteinase MMP-3 is an important factor influencing the clinical symptoms of RA.(3)both warm acupuncture and electroacupuncture can relieve the clinical symptoms of RA patients,but they have different effect on the effect of wind cold and damp arthralgia type RA.Which is better than electroacupuncture analgesia acupuncture and moxibustion,acupuncture and moxibustion Xiaozhongsan cold is better than electro acupuncture,which can achieve good clinical effect,and can significantly reduce the serum MMP-3 concentration(EA group was better than acupuncture group),the clinical curative effect that obtained with serum MMP-3 concentration is closely related to the decrease of.(4)Warming acupuncture and electroacupuncture can be used as a commonly used method for the treatment of RA,and reasonable combination can achieve significant curative effect and reduce the side effects of Western medicine.It can be popularized to the majority of RA patients and clinical doctors.
