Clinical Study Of Zhuyu Tongqiao Method Combined With Anti-anxiety Drugs In The Treatment Of Subacute Tinnitus

Objective:According to the disease of traditional Chinese medicine for a long time will stasis theory thought,by stasis: method combined anti-anxiety drug treatment course for 3 months to 1 year of subacute phase of tinnitus patients with anxiety,observe the seriousness of the tinnitus,anxiety,sleep patterns and clinical curative effect.Material and method:Choose between January 2017 and June 2017 in the people's liberation army 463 hospital otolaryngology department outpatient clinic of idiopathic tinnitus with anxiety,and duration time in 3 months to 1 year of tinnitus patients 60 cases,according to a randomized controlled for the principle,the random divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases.In the control group,the treatment group was treated with jinnadeau + luyitai,and the treatment group was treated by stasis tongqiao oral liquid + luyotai treatment,and one course of treatment was performed in 14 days.This study applies tinnitus disability scale(THI),self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS),sleep self-evaluation table(SRSS)of two groups before and after treatment in patients with 1 month,3 months follow-up after treatment index evaluation,application of tinnitus severity evaluation questionnaire(TEQ)clinical efficacy evaluation.Results: 1.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 76.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 50.00%,and the results were significantly different(P < 0.05).2.After 3 months of follow-up,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 73.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 46.67%,and the results were significantly different(P < 0.05).3.The treatment group and control group after treatment of THI,SAS and SRSS score compared with before treatment respectively,the results show that both had statistical significance(P < 0.05),the two groups after treatment in patients with anxiety and sleep quality were improved.The scores of patients treated in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the statistical analysis was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the efficacy of the treatment group was more accurate.4.The treatment group and control group in 3 months after treatment the score and total effective rate and 1 month after treatment,no significant difference(P > 0.05),two groups of drug use 2 weeks,the forward curative effect is not very good effect.Conclusion: 1.The treatment regimen for the oral administration of stasis and stasis is able to relieve the symptoms of the patients with subacute tinnitus.2.The therapeutic effect of oral administration of blood stasis is better than that of orally.3.The long-term follow-up results after 2 weeks of drug use were not satisfactory.4.In the stage of clinical research,no adverse reactions were observed in the treatment group,which proved the good safety of stasis.
