Objective:observe the value changes of physical examination, cardiopulmonary exercise test,selF-mental evaluation, and blood test from patients who had percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)and treated through the second phage cardiac rehab, and discuss the effect of cardiac rehab for high risk PCI patients, while provide treatment basis in clinical.Method:stratified the patients from cardiac rehab center under cardiology department of a certain A-grade hospital from 2016-9 to 2017-7 who suffered PCI within three months, and selected 40 high risk PCI patients randomly.Divided patients into control group and test group according to the individual wills.Patients from the test group were involved in cardiac rehab treatment 3 times per week,12 weeks lasting, and 36 times in total.Patients from the control group were given home-based exercise prescription and education once. Results were compared after 12 weeks.Resuit:before treatment, there is no significant differences(p<1.05)between test group and control group in gender, age, medical history(hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia),and life style(diet and exercise habit). Before treatment, there's no significant differences(P<0.05)among patients from two groups in physical examinations, cardiopulmonary exercise test,self-mental evaluation, and blood test. After 36 times'treatments, compared with control group in physical examinations, patients from test group showed lower waist-hip ratio obviously(P=0.049),hut didn't have significant changes(P?0.27)in body mass index(BMI).For blood test results, patients in test group had lower total cholesterol(P=0.047),triglycerides(P=0.038),low-density lipoprotein(P=0.038),and higher high-density lipoprotein(P=0.010)significantly.In cardiopulmonary exercise test, test group patients improved significantly in peak V02 per kilogram(P=0.032),aerobic threshold V02 per kilogram(P=0.036),peak MET(P=0.043),aerobic threshold MET(P=0.026),02 pulse(P=0.040),? V02/?WR(P=0.039),and had significant decrease in VE/VC02slope(P=0.042).In self-mental evaluation, scores declined significantly both in GAD-7(P=0.046)and PHQ-9(P=0.047).Conclusion:high risk PCI patients benefit from positive control in CHD,such as blood cholesterol values, through second phase cardiac rehab program which focus on doing exercise primarily.Exercise capacity, heart function, and pulmonary air flow of patients elevated significantly, and anxiety&depression or other mental problems release obviously. It is relatively safe to do the second phase cardiac rehab for high risk PCI patients, and has shown the importance to be recommended to other hospitals.
