Objective: By carrying out phase I cardiac rehabilitation exercises for patients with chronic heart failure,we will further explore the effects of phase I cardiac rehabilitation(ie in-hospital cardiac rehabilitation)on cardiac function(CF)and quality of life(QOL)for patients with chronic heart failure.Method: 100 patients with chronic heart failure meeting the selection criteria were taken as the study object,and the study objects were randomly divided into an intervention group(50 cases)and a control group(50cases).The control group was given conventional anti-heart failure treatment in cardiology department,and the intervention group was given rehabilitation training on the basis of anti-heart failure treatment.The 6-minute walk test distance(6MWD),Minnesota(MLHFQ)score,NTpro BNP and hemodynamic parameters monitored by a non-invasive cardiac output measurement system before and after intervention were collected.The changes in 6MWD,MLHFQ scores,and hemodynamic parameters of the two groups of patients were evaluated.Result:1.A total of 100 heart failure patients included in this treatment cooperated to complete the entire experimental process,and there were no cases of withdrawal or loss during the course.There was no statistically significant difference in baseline data between the two groups,P>0.05.2.Two groups’ 6MWD and NT-pro BNP levels not only statistically different from those before treatment,but also better than those of the control group after treatment.3.The degree of SV,CO,EDFR,SVRI,and CI after treatment in the two groups were improving than those before treatment.However,compared with the parameters after treatment between the two groups,only CI was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05),and the remaining indicators were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Phase I CR can increase 6MWD,effectively reduce NTpro BNP levels,and have outstanding performance in improving patients’ exercise tolerance and cardiac function.2.Phase I cardiac rehabilitation training may improve the patient’s cardiac index(CI),but the effect of hemodynamic indicators such as SV,CO,EDFR,and SVRI is not clear.3.I CR exercise is good for patient’s spirit,make people more interested in things,reduce physical symptoms and other aspects to improve the quality of life.
