Clinical Study On The Effect Of Taiji Ball Combined With Ba Duan Jin On Cardiac Rehabilitation After PCI In Patients With AMI

ObjectTo investigate the effect of Taiji ball combined with Ba Duanjin on cardiac rehabilitation in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI.MethodsA prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted in 60 patients who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention for acute myocardial infarction.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group(n = 30).Both groups were treated with western medicine after intervention.The experimental group was treated with Taiji ball combined with Ba Duanjin movement,and to comparethe baseline data of the two groups.The cardiac function index,metabolic equivalent,clinical symptoms and adverse events were observed on day 2 and postoperative day after operation.ResultsLeft ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),NT-proBNP,left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVED),TCM symptom score,Seattle angina scale and HAMA anxiety scale were better than before treatment P<0.05),the improvement of the experimental group was greater than the control group;In the metabolic equivalent,the metabolic equivalent of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionsTaiji ball combined with Ba Duanjin movement can significantly reduce NT-proBNP,LVED,LVEF and metabolic equivalent after PCI,which can improve the cardiac function,heart state and quality of life of patients after myocardial infarction.
