| Objective: To observe the changes of clinical syndromes and related test indexes in patients with diabetes constipation before and after the intervention of the addition and subtraction of Ma Zi Ren pills on the patients with diabetes mellitus and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the intervention in the treatment of diabetic constipation,And the relationship between these hormone changes and clinical efficacy,to explore the possible mechanism of action.Methods:(1)From 2016.10 to 2017.10,60 patients with diabetic constipation who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were randomly divided into 30 treatment groups and 30 control groups.Both groups of patients were given appropriate hypoglycemic regimen.Patients in the control group were additionally treated with itopride hydrochloride tablets.Patients in the treatment group were additionally treated with Ma Zi Ren Pills Plus-Decrease Tablets.The duration of treatment was one month.(2)Record and analyze changes in blood VIP,CCK,FBG,2h PG,Hb Alc,HOMA-IR,TCM syndrome scores,and some blood and biochemical indicators before and after treatment.Results:(1)Before the treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the data of VIP and CCK levels in the Ma Zhen Ren Pills addition and subtraction group and the Itopride control group.The data were different between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),but the VIP decreased more significantly in the treatment group(P<0.05)and the CCK level increased significantly(P<0.05),suggesting that the Ma Zhen Ren Pills Jia Bi Fang in the treatment of diabetic constipation in the improvement of VIP,CCK and other gastrointestinal hormone levels It is superior to Itopride hydrochloride control group;(2)There was no significant difference in HOMA-IR levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was a difference in HOMA-IR levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).(3)The levels of FBG,2h PG and Hb A1 C before treatment were not significantly different between the two groups.The differences in appeal indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the index changes after treatment were compared between the two groups.The index of treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).It is suggested that the Ma Zhen Ren Pills have certain hypoglycemic effect,and the improvement of constipation symptoms in diabetic constipation patients is beneficial to blood sugar control.(4)The TCM syndrome scores before and after intervention in the statistical treatment group and the control group were calculated and the total effective rates of the two groups were calculated.It was found that there was a significant difference between the treatment group(90.00%)and the control group(66.67%)(P<0.05).Pills and decoctions are more effective in treating diabetic constipation;(5)Safety analysis: there was no difference in safety index between the two groups before and after treatment and before and after comparison(P>0.05);each index was in the normal range,and patients in the treatment group had fewer adverse reactions(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gastrointestinal hormone levels in patients with diabetic constipation are mostly in disorder.After the addition of the Ma Zhin Ren Pills Plus-Subtracting Formula on the basis of conventional hypoglycemic treatment,not only can the clinical symptoms be significantly improved,but also the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones can be regulated,the blood glucose can be lowered,and the insulin resistance can be improved.The indicators of the treatment group are better than the control.Group,clinical efficacy is reliable,and the drug's fewer adverse reactions,application safety,better patient compliance. |
