| Objective: To research the influence of Baizhu, Fuling and Baizhufuling Tang about VIP, search the relevance of effect of medicine about compatibility of medicines and proportioning in regulate VIP of spleen deficiency rat.Methods: The rat model of Spleen-Qi deficiency is made by the method of relieving stagnation of Qi and bitter cold, starve and full in abnormal. Using Baizhu, Fuling and Baizhufuling Tang as treat medicine, Choosing VIP and VIPR as the target to observe Baizhu, Fuling and Baizhufuling Tang to adjust VIP of spleen deficiency rat by Radiate Immune and RT-PCR, combining research of document, observing the effect of the model group by Baizhufuling Tang 1:1,1:2,2:1 proportioning.Result: 1.Baizhufuling 1:1 group compared with the model group, the content of VIP in blood plasma is descend clearly, Fuling group compared with the model group, VIP is trend to come down; Baizhu group, Baizhufuling 1:2 group and Baizhufuling 2:1 group compared with the model group, VIP is ascend obviously. 2.Baizhufuling 1:1 group and Fuling group compared with the model group, the content of VIP in colon tissue is descend clearly; but Baizhu group, Baizhufuling 1:2 group and Baizhufuling 2:1 group comparing with the model group, VIP is trend to rise. 3. The model group compared with the control group, VIPR2 mRNA is ascend obviously, but Baizhufuling 1:1 and Baizhu, Fuling lead to fall of VIPR2 mRNA of the model group.Conclusion: Baizhufuling Tang 1:1 group can not only lower VIP, which ascend in blood plasma and colon tissue of Spleen-Qi deficiency rat, but also lower VIPR2 mRNA in its colon tissue. The quantitative change of VIP and VIPR may be concerned with the power of stomach and intestines disorder. |
