Objective:1.Through 3D-ASL technology to observe changes in brain perfusion SIVD patients,to observe the change of brain perfusion measure the degree of cogniti ve dysfunction in patients with SIVD effects;2.By observing the changes of cerebral blood perfusion in SIVD patients b efore and after treatment,Huayu Tongluo moxibustion to improve the cognitive f unction of SIVD patients was discussed.Method:1.In strict accordance with the sivd of the diagnosis and inclusion of the s tandard recruitment of Huayu Tongluo moxibustion Group 12 cases,the recruitme nt of SIVD patients with the gender-age match of the health control group 12 c ases;2.The next day moxibustion Group of Huayu Tongluo Moxibustion was tre ated 3 times a week and 3 months for continuous treatment;3.The ADL score?MMSE score and 3D-ASL data were collected before a nd after treatment of Huayu Tongluo moxibustion Group,and the Health control group collected an ADL score and 3D-ASL data in the group;4.The 3D-ASL data of Huayu Tongluo moxibustion Group and health contr ol group were treated with FSL?AFNI software.Conclusion the results of the c omparison between the group of Huayu Tongluo moxibustion Group and the Hea lthy control group(P=0.001,a?0.05,cluster Size=30pixels,Monte Carlo correction)and the treatment of Huayu Tongluo moxibustion Group(P=0.01,a?0.05,cluster Si ze=43pixels,Monte Carlo Correction).Result:1.There was a statistically significant difference in the preoperative and po stoperative ADL scales of the group of patients with Huayu Tongluo moxibustion(P<0.05);2.There was a statistically significant difference in the preoperative and po stoperative MMSE scales of the group of patients with Huayu Tongluo moxibusti on(P<0.01);3.3D-ASL data results:(1)3D-ASL Data Results Huayu Tongluo moxibustion treatment group before treatment and the volume of gray matter in the areas of the brain hypoperfusio n LiangNao atrophic changes within the group of comparing: both back in the le ft parietal lobe,left frontal lobe,right inferior frontal gyrus,back in the left fro ntal and right have low perfusion and fusiform cerebral atrophy;(2)Comparison of the group of Cerebral gray matter volume atrophic brain region in the treatment of blood flow and low perfusion cerebral region of the a nterior huayu Tongluo moxibustion Group: The upper left Ye Xiaoye,the left fro ntal gyrus,the right frontal gyrus,the left frontal gyrus and the right fusiform g yrus were overlapping regions of the decrease of blood flow perfusion and the v olume atrophy of gray matter;(3)Before and after the treatment of Huayu Tongluo moxibustion Group: T he amount of back and pillow showed the increase of blood flow perfusion.No blood perfusion decreased in the brain region.Conclusion:1.SIVD patients have a number of brain regions of the flow of blood perf usion decreased,low blood perfusion in part of the brain region at the same tim e the brain atrophy,the frontal lobe,corpus callosum,cingulate gyrus and other key areas of cerebral blood perfusion may be the main factors leading to cognitive impairment of SIVD patients;2.Huayu Tongluo moxibustion can improve the neurobehavioral scores of p atients with SIVD,and it is an effective method to treat patients with SIVD in clinic;3.Huayu Tongluo moxibustion can increase blood perfusion in some key br ain areas of patients with SIVD,which may be one of the mechanisms to impro ve the cognitive dysfunction of patients with SIVD.
