Objective:To observe the effects of Huayutongluo moxibustion on learning and memory ability of SVD rats.To observe the effects of Huayutongluo moxibustion on tumor necrosis factor-alpha and interleukin-1beta of SVD rats.Method:100 adult male Wistar rats were selected,weight 270 + 20 g.Keep 90 rats after step-down test.Computer random number method into normal group10,sham group 10.The remaining rats make SVD model with 4-vo.Choose 30 rats divided into three groups,which is the drug group 10,moxibustion group 10,model group 10.The moxibustion group was given moxibustion treatment at DU20,DU14 and DU24 once a day with 4 weeks.The durg group was given donepezil via intragastric administration.The rest of group don't give treatment.After the treatment,rats are determined by step-down testing and neurobehavioral scores.The TNF-? and IL-1? of rats frontal subcortical white matter are determined by immunohistochemistry.Using SPSS22.0 statistical analysis of data.Results:On the fourth day after the surgery,rats were determined by step-down testing and neurobehavioral scores.The error times and neurobehavioral score of model group are more than sham group(P<0.01),latent period are shorter than sham group.suggesting the success of SVD modeling.After the treatment,compare with model group,both the error times and neurobehavioral score of moxibustion group and drug group significantly decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05).The latent periods significantly decreased.Compare with drug group,the error times of moxibustion group significantly decreased(P<0.01),the latent period of moxibustion group significantly increased(P<0.01).The reasults showed that Huayu Tongluo Moxibustion could lower the neuroethological scores in SVD rats,improving the learning and memorizing abilities of SVD rats,and moxibustion group was superior than drug group.In respect of TNF-? expression,compare with model group,both area and verage optical density of moxibustion group significantly decreased(P < 0.01),the average gray value of moxibustion group significantly increased(P < 0.01).Compare with model group,both area and verage optical density of drug group significantly decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05),the average gray value of drug group significantly increased(P<0.05).Compare with moxibustion group,both area and verage optical density of drug group significantly increased(P<0.05),the average gray value of moxibustion group significantly decreased(P < 0.01).The reasults showed that both Huayu Tongluo Moxibustion and drug could lower the TNF-? in frontal subcortical white matter of SVD rats,and moxibustion group was superior than drug group.In respect of IL-1? expression,compare with model group,both area and verage optical density of moxibustion group significantly decreased(P<0.01),the average gray value of moxibustion group significantly increased(P<0.01).Compare with model group,both area and verage optical density of drug group significantly decreased(P<0.01,P< 0.05),the average gray value of drug group significantly increased(P < 0.05).Compare with moxibustion group,both area and verage optical density of drug group significantly increased(P < 0.01),the average gray value of moxibustion group significantly decreased(P < 0.05).The reasults showed that both Huayu Tongluo Moxibustion and drug could lower the IL-1? in frontal subcortical white matter of SVD rats,and moxibustion group was superior than drug group.Conclusion:1.Huayu Tongluo Moxibustion could lower the neuroethological scores in SVD rats,improving the learning and memorizing abilities of SVD rats.2.Huayu Tongluo Moxibustion could reduce the expression of frontal subcortical TNF-?,IL-1? in SVD rats,indicating that by lowering the over expression of TNF-?,IL-1? could restrain the inflammatory reaction to reduce the cerebral ischemic injury.
