ObjectiveTo discuss the changes of Heart Rate Variability of exhaustive cardiac damaged ratmodel,to observe the function of XINFUKANG Oral-Liquid on heart rate variability(HRV)inrats that after exhaustive exercise, and to discuss the effect of XINFUKANG Oral-Liquidon autonomic nervous regulation of cardiac damage after exhaustive exercise.MethodsDesignated SD male rats stochastically divides into control groups, exhaustive exercisegroup, group that take XINFUKANG Oral-Liquid and group that have taken XINFUKANGOral-Liquid before exhaustive exercise.There are8rats in each group. Adapting Thomas’method of using exhaustive swimming exercise to make a rat model of cardiac damageinduced by exercise. Electrocardiogram (ECG) keeps a record of each group when needleElectrode entered the skin. After data analysis, ECG can get an accurate heart rate, softwareChat7(AD Instruments, Australia) can eliminate the disturbance of atopic heart rate, HRV canautomatically recognize sinus heart rate. Spectrum analysis, through FFT(Fast FourierTransfer) can get HRPS, which contains: Total Power, TP, Low Frequency, LF, HighFrequency, HF and LF/HF. TP(0~3.0Hz),reflects the general state of HRV, that is the degreeof heart rate variation. HF(1.0~3.0Hz) is an index, it reflects the intensity of modulation ofcardiac vagus nerve. LF(0.25~1.0Hz) shows the accommodative functions of sympatheticnervous system and the blood vagus nerve, LF LF/HF are sensitive measures of the changesand balance of sympathetic nervous system and the blood vagus nerve, it can reflects theirfunctions on autonomic nervous regulation.ResultsThe changes of Heart Rate Variability of exercise exhaustive rat:There is no significantdifference in groups taking XINFUKANG Oral-Liquid and the control group. Compared withcontrol group, the heart rate of rats in exhaustive exercise group increased remarkably, LF andLF/HF are higher, TP and HP are significantly decreased. Compared with XINFUKANG Oral-Liquid group, the heart rate of rats in the group that have taken XINFUKANGOral-Liquid before exhaustive exercise decreased, TP and HF increased remarkably, noobvious changes could be found with LF, LF/HF decreased significantly.ConclusionThe changes of Heart Rate Variability of exercise exhaustive rat:XINFUKANGOral-Liquid has no influence on HR and HRV of normal rats, so it can prevent the decreasesof HRV and protect the heart of rats that after exhaustive exercise. This function take effectsmainly by lessening tension of heart vagus nerve to prevent the increases of HR and decreasesof HRV caused by exhaustive exercise.
