Study On Collaborative Governance Of Chronic Diseases Prevention And Treatment In China

Chronic diseases have became the most important factor threatening people's health.Preventing and treating of chronic diseases is a key point to improve people's health and to achieve "healthy China" strategy.At present,China has initially formed a network of chronic disease prevention and control,and gradually perfect the chronic disease prevention and control mechanism of "government-led,sectoral collaboration,mobilization of society,universal participation".The health risk factors of chronic diseases are diverse,it involves the biological genetic,life behavior,medical and health resources,social and other aspects of the natural environment.At the same time,the advantages and the resources they owned are different.In view of this,the participants of chronic disease prevention and governance should be from different areas and the process of prevention and treatment is the process of collaborative governance on chronic diseases.This paper applies the collaborative governance theory into the process of chronic diseases prevention and governance,carries out a research on the collaborative governance of chronic diseases.Firstly,basing on the collaborative governance theory,this paper explores the applicability and necessity of collaborative governance theory in applying into chronic diseases prevention and governance and analyzes the main body composition,structure and operation mechanism of the collaborative governance on chronic diseases prevention and governance.According to the contents and core ideas of this theory,this paper analyzes the problems of chronic diseases prevention and governance by referring to the status of chronic diseases prevention and governance in our country.The problems mainly include the unreasonable structure of participants,the incomplete function,the inadequate cooperation and so on.At the same time,in view of the problems,this paper also analyzes the reasons,and the reasons are as follows:the laws and systems of chronic diseases prevention and collaborative governance are not sound,the communication,information sharing and interest coordination among the main bodies is insufficient.As to the foreign countries,this paper concludes the revelation of chronic diseases prevention and governance by collecting the practices of other countries.Thus,by combining the content of collaborative governance theory,the problems and reasons of chronic diseases prevention and collaborative governance,the revelation from other countries,this paper elaborates the path of chronic diseases prevention and collaborative governance lastly.And the content mainly contains the rules of chronic diseases prevention and collaborative governance,the methods of perfecting participants and their functions,and how to make the collaborative process,operation mechanism more perfect.Through the elaboration of the above content,the goal of this study is to apply the concept of cooperative management to the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases,and put out the suggestions about the participants structure,the functions of the participants in the process of preventing and treating of chronic diseases.Not only this,but also the suggestions about how to make the cooperation process more smooth are included.The ultimate goal is to form a feasible program of diseases prevention and collaborative governance,finally improving the effect of chronic diseases prevention and governance.
