Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease In The Medical Progress Of The Disease Outside The Governance

In recent years,the incidence of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease have been increasing year by year.Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has become a common disease of the department of gynecology.It is the inflammation of the internal organs,the peripheral connective tissue and pelvic peritoneum.Most of the disease due to acute pelvic inflammation can not be healing well completely or because of the patients' weak constitution.The sufferer often fell agonizing for the disease.Antibiotics often does not have effect.This article includes two aspects:On the one hand,it's a study of the current situation of the external treatment carried out meta-analysis in the past 10 years on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.The external treatment of Chinese medicine on this disease can obtain good curative effect,and it deserves to be spread and studied in the clinic.On the other hand,to investigate the curative effects of Hua Yu Ning Kun liquid(HYNK),I observed 100 cases suffering from Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease collected in department of gynecology in Dongzhimen Hospital in January 2005～June 2008.They are divided into two groups.Sixty-five patients are mainly treated by Hua Yu Ning Kun liquid compared with thirty-five patients who are treated by clyster of pen qiang yan 2.All patients are evaluated at physical sign integrals,syndrome integrals and integrated integrals before and after treatment. Hua Yu Ning Kun liquid can remarkedly improve the syndrome and physical sign on CPID.The treatment group shows more positive effects than the control group.More embedded study about the long-term effects and the rate of recurrence should be taken.
