Objective:To analyze the risk factors of CIN.Method: This paper picks out 125 patients who recepted HPV and TCT in the gynaecological clinic of the hospital of Dalian university from jan 2013 to dec 2016.Among that,90 CIN cases,who had abnormal results and then recepted CKC in gynae cology wards,obtains 33 cases called LSIL and 57 cases called HSIL.The other team owned 35 normal cervix cases.Respectively to compare the onset ages,HPV infection and the reproductive history including the number of pregnancy?delivery and abortion so that to analyze their association with CIN.Results:(1)The age distribution between two groups showed statistical significance(p<0.05).The age between 25-49 is an independent risk factor of CIN.(2)There was so me difference in the infection rate of HPV between the two groups,which had statisti cal significance(p<0.05).And HPV infection is an independent risk factor of CIN.(3)Th e comparisons on the number of pregnancy that is more than 3 times between the two groups which had statistical significance(p<0.05).And it is also an independent risk factor of CIN.the number of abortion that is more than 3 times is also a risk factor b ut not the independent risk factor of CIN.(4)The the number of fertility between two groups showed no statistical significance(p>0.05).Conclusions: Through this study,we can know that the age between 25 to 49 years old and high-risk type HPV infection and pregnancy number > = 3 times are the ri sk factors of CIN and HSIL,moreover,they are the independent risk factors of CIN.Ab ortion with the number that is more than 3 times is also a risk factor but not the ind ependent risk factor of CIN.Delivery times with the number less than 3 times has no effect on CIN.
