ObjectiveTo investigate the hospital-based incidence of preterm birth, and to detect the association between maternal reproductive history and preterm birth..In order to provide theoretical basis for high-risk premature mother screening, monitoring and prevention.MethodsSelected all the175cases of single live preterm birth mothers related medical records in a hospital obstetric delivery were retrospectively studied from February to June in2013, at the same time403full-term birth were comparatively randomly seized as control group. Maked self-designed questionnaire, trained the professional investigators and selected object collection from medical records.Maternal reproductive history included pregnant hisrory, parity, history of spontaneous abortion and induced abortion, history of premature delivery (excluding this pregnancy); Collection of maternal general materials, included age, nationality, education level, weight gain during pregnancy and hospitalization and production data. The situation of newborn baby from delivery record, included the physical examination results, gestational age, gender, etc. Chi-squared test was used for data analysis.continuous variables using mean soil standard deviation (X±S).Unconditional Logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the associations between maternal reproductive history and preterm birth.Results1.Mothers who had a history of pregnancy and multiple pregnancies are independent risk factors for preterm births, and respectively is the mild and early preterm birth risk factor.2.Mothers who had a history of spontaneous abortion is the independent risk factor for preterm birth, and mainly is a risk factor for the early preterm birth, and along with the number of spontaneous abortion, higher risk of early preterm birth. 3.When induced abortion is three times or more, it is independent risk factor for premature, and risk factor for the mild premature.4.Ever had a history of preterm labor is independent risk factor for premature happen again, and mainly occur a risk factor for the mild preterm birth.Conclusion1.The incidence of preterm birth is about11.47%in this study, significantly higher than the national average.2.In this study group, premature pregnancy complication disease in the first three is:①Prematurerupture of membranes②Gestational hypertension disease③Intrahepatic cholestasis during Pregnancy syndrome. We need to actively deal with these common complications, so as to reduce the risk of preterm birth.S.History of multiple pregnancies, induced abortion, spontaneous abortion and preterm labor are risk factors for preterm birth, and most can lead to early preterm birth. We should strengthen care health work before conception and during pregnancy, it can reduce the occurrence of preterm birth.
