Over the past two decades,my government has been actively promoting the market-oriented reform of medical services,and the reduction of financial support to public hospitals has led directly to the development of public hospitals.In order to survive,public hospitals began to gradually change to the modern hospital business philosophy,which greatly improved the efficiency of public hospital medical service supply and self-management awareness.Public hospitals have a dual special identity of the executive and the market,although they have a certain degree of self-management and operating income,but due to the growing medical and patient relations in recent years,as well as medical personnel treatment is not high problems,making the industry suffer criticism,long-term Has been difficult in terms of performance reform.XX City Center Hospital was established in the early eighties of last century,is a comprehensive public hospital,which bear the city's medical,health care,teaching,scientific research and other tasks.In recent years,XX city center hospital has been practicing deepening health care system reform activities,efforts to improve hospital performance and medical level,but its overall performance management level,there are still some problems,seriously affect the health of the hospital Development,reform is imperative.The performance management status of XX central hospital based on research by using the method of questionnaire,literature review method and experience summary method put forward the optimization scheme of the new performance management system for XX Central Hospital,mainly includes six parts: the first part focuses on introduction of the contents,mainly introduces the public hospital performance management research background,research the significance,research content and technical route;the second part is the related theories are introduced,including an overview of the theory of performance management,hospital performance management theory,lay the theoretical foundation for this research;the third part is an analysis of the performance management of XX central hospital now,mainly includes two aspects: basic conditions,and the performance of the XX central hospital the management status of the content;the fourth part of the design of the performance appraisal system of XX Central Hospital,puts forward the performance appraisal The purpose and design scheme,and set a new performance evaluation index and evaluation process;the fifth part puts forward suggestions on the implementation of the performance appraisal system of XX Central Hospital,including the performance of the organization construction,cultural construction,how to effectively carry out performance appraisal measures and other aspects;the sixth part is the conclusion part.Conclusion the importance of designing hospital performance evaluation system in XX city is put forward,and the deficiency of this research is put forward.The theoretical significance of this research is mainly reflected in: first,this study can enrich the theory research of hospital performance appraisal system,especially for the theoretical system of the performance of public hospital reform;second,this research can provide theoretical guidance for some suggestions for research on hospital performance appraisal for other scholars.But the practical significance mainly manifests in the following four aspects: first,this article proposed the plan for the XX central hospital performance appraisal system,lays the solid foundation for the revision salary plan as well as the bonus payment.Second,to solve the problems existing in the improvement of current performance appraisal system of XX Central Hospital,to provide a reference for other hospitals;third,this research can provide some suggestions to solve the low efficiency of public hospitals,the economic management system is not perfect and so on;fourth,to establish an effective incentive mechanism,enthusiasm provide staff,improve work performance.In this paper,from the point of view of performance management,innovation is based on the analysis of the status quo of XX central hospital,the actual research,to create a set of performance management system in line with their own development,a comprehensive organizational structure to sort out,effectively solve the current obstruction of hospital development The performance management issues,the internal mechanism of change,in order to achieve strengthening the internal management,enhance the management level,enhance the hospital's core competitiveness of the effect.
