The Correlation Of Interleukin 6 And Serum C-Reactive Protein With Pulmonary Arterial Pressure In Patient With COPD At Plateau

Objective:This study was to investigate the differences of content about serum IL-6 and CRP in patients with COPD at plateau and plain region.Explore the correlation of IL-6,CRP and PASP,SO₂,PaO₂,some pulmonary ventilation function.Provide theoretical basis for clinical about disease treatment.Methods:In qinghai province HaiNaZhou state and the city of xi'an collection of atients with COPD 30 cases each,every patient are contained into GOLD3group.Divided into 2 groups,The plateau group and plain group.Per patient Complete the inspection of pulmonary function,and blood gas analysis;Complete heart colour to exceed and measure pulmonary arterial systolic pressure by Bernoulli equation,Then detect the contents of CRP by immune turbidimetry and detect the contents of IL-6 throgh ELISA.Analysis of the differences between each test project of two groups,And explore the correlation of IL-6,CRP and PASP,PaO₂ SO₂,pulmonary ventilation function.Results:?1?Each test project results of two groups:The index of IL-6,CRP,PASP level in plateau group obviously higher than that of plain group,PaO₂,SO_2,MMEF was obviously lower than that in plain group,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.?2?IL-6 that in two group has no relevance with CRP?P>0.05?,And there was a positive correlation with PASP.?P<0.05?.?3?in plateau group,IL-6 has negative correlation with PaO₂?FEV1%pred?P<0.05?,.?4?CRP has a positive correlation with PASP in plain group?P<0.05?.Conclusion:?1?IL-6 and CRP are all participated in the pathological processes of COPD.?2?In plateau area,patient has a higher pulmonary arterial systolic pressure and lower PaO₂,SO₂ than patients at plain region who have the same degree of GOLD in COPD.?3?The content of them can be use as a measurement of COPD combine pulmonary hypertension,and the content of IL-6 and CRP have a significant meaning in early diagnosis and monitor the effect in patient.
