Health human resource configuration occupies an important position in the health service management,on the basis of the rapid economic development and people’s living standards increase,the demands of human resources for health with the improvement of the medical service level increase.a reasonable health human resources allocation can provide as scientific basis for health development planning,alleviate the contradiction between health industry talent lack and medical students’ employment,alleviate promote social harmony and stability.Health human resources of Qinghai province as the research object,on the basis of Qinghai health department census data,descriptive analysis,the change of the present situation and the health manpower resource of Qinghai,Uses the Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient of health personnel in Qinghai,(assistant)medical practitioners,registered nurses configuration equity analysis,grey system prediction model is established for forecast 2014 — 2018 health human resources demand in Qinghai.through semi-structured interviews,combining forecasting results,analysis of Qinghai province medical institutions and health problems of human resource configuration,through semi-structured interviews to the personnel department of medical institutions,Analysis of problems existing in the medical institutions and health human resources allocation in Qinghai province,puts forward Suggestions to improve the medical institutions and health human resources allocation.To provide reference for health human resources allocation in Qinghai province,promote the development of health service.
