Observation Of The Curative Effect Of Danhong Injection Combined With Shenmai Injection On Treating Acute Cerebral Infarction

ObjectiveThrough observing the effect of treating Acute Cerebral Infarction(Qi vacuity and blood stasis type)patients by the mean of Danhong Injection combined Shenmai Injection.And to provide clinical evidence for the concept of treating syndrome differentiation treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction combined use of Chinese traditional medicine injection.Methods60 patients with Qi vacuity and blood stasis type of acute cerebral infarction were come from Department of Neurology,Dongguan Hospital of TCM,on March 2013 to February 2015.According to the random menthod,divided into observation group and control group,with each group 30 patients.(1)Observation group:refer to Acute ischemic Diagnosis and treatment guideline,to conduct western medicine convention treatment.(2)Besides western medicine convention treatment,observation group implement Danhong Injection combined Shenmai Injection.The treating duration of both two groups was 14 days.The NIHSS score,Activity of Daily Living score,TCM syndrome of Qi vacuity and blood stasis score would be carried out before and after the treatment.To analyze the statistic got from the patients after 14 days treatment.Result(1)Evaluation of effect of TCM:in the observation group,5 cases were excellent,20 cases were effective,and 5 cases were non-effective,as a result,the total effective rate was 83.3%;in the control group,1 case was excellent,17 cases were effective,and 12 cases were non-effective,as a result,the total effective rate was 60.0%.And Compared treating effect and total effective rate between the observation group and control group all had statistical significance,P<0.05.(2)Stroke Qi Vacuity and Blood Stasis score:For two groups,both of them possessed the statistical significance(P<0.05)in contrasting before and after treatment;meanwhile,there was statistical significance(P<0.05)in the contrast between the two groups after the treatment.(3)NIHSS score:For observation group and control group,both of them possessed the statistical significance(P<0.05)in contrasting before and after treatment;meanwhile,there was no statistical significance(P<0.05)in the contrast between the two groups after the treatment.(4)Activity of Daily Living score:observation group and control group,both of them possessed the statistical significance(P<0.05)in contrasting before and after treatment;meanwhile,there was no statistical significance(P<0.05)in the contrast between the two groups after the treatment.(5)Safety indicators:treatment group had no adverse events occurred during the use of Danhong injection and Shenmai injection.ConelutionBase on the above comprehensive results,two groups could improve Qi Vacuity score,Blood Stasis score,neurological deficits and activity of daily living ability.Observation group in the aspect of improvement in Qi Vacuity score,Blood Stasis score and the effect of TCM were more than control group.Observation group in improving nerve function defect and activity of daily living ability compared with control group without statistical significance.In the period of observation,treatment group had no adverse reaction and it was highly safe.As a result,Danhong injection combined Shenmai injection was an effective and safe way to treat Cerebral Infarction.This study was the differentiation of combined use of Danhong injection and Shenmai injection on treating acute cerebral infarction,which achieved good effects in the clinical experperiments.The concept of syndrome differentiation treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction combined use of Chinese traditional medicine injection had certain clinical significance.
