Objective:In recent years,cerebrovascular disease has become one of the major diseases that endanger human health,especially its high incidence,high death tate,high mutilation rate and high relapse rate.Danhong injection as a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for the treatment of cerebral infarction,has been widely used in the nervous system,circulatory system and other aspects.Uric acid is a kind of in the body 2,6,8-three oxypurine.Hyperuricemia,which is a risk factor for acute stroke occurrence and development.Lipoprotein(a)is a kind of special lipoprotein,and high level of Lp(a)is closely related to the occurrence of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.This experiment through the observation and comparison in the improvement of neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction before and after the application of Dan red injection,as well as the effects of Danhong on uric acid,lipoprotein(a)further to explore the clinical efficacy and mechanism of Danhong Injection on cerebral infarction and provide us objective theoretical foundations for the clinical application of Danhong in patients with cerebral infarction.Method: All patients were selected from January 2016 to December2016 in Baoding First Central Hospital Neural Department of Internal Medicine.Patients were randomly divided into two groups,one group was control group,50 patients,one group was the experimental group,,50 patients.Two groups were given health education: Dietary guidance,moderate exercise,quit smoking,limit alcohol and so on.Treatment is as follows: Two groups were given conventional treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Include:Anti-platelet aggregation,lipid regulation,stabilize plaque,free-radical scavenging,nourishing nerve and therapy.The control group was treated with0.9% sodium chloride 250 ml,Static point,once a day Danhong injection was used in the experimental group,with 0.9% sodium chloride 250ml+Danhong injection 40 ml static point once a day.In both groups 14 d was a treatment course.According to the condition alteration,patients can be given dehydration to reduce intracranial pressure,stable blood pressure,correct electrolyte disorder or other treatment if necessary.Observation index: 1,compared NIHSS score change with before treatment,day 7 and day 14;2,The changes of uric acid and lipoprotein(a)between the two groups before treatment,on the seventh day and on the fourteenth day.)3,comparison between the two groups before treatment,fourteenth days of liver function((ALT,AST),renal function(BUN,Cr)change.The changes of liver function((ALT,AST)and renal function(BUN,Cr)between the two groups before treatment,and on the fourteenth day.Efficacy evaluation: The efficacy of this clinical trial was to evaluate the change of NIHSS score.The changes of uric acid,lipoprotein(a),liver and kidney function before and after treatment were compared,giving reference for clinical medication choice.Result:1 Comparison of the general data between the two groups before treatment:1.1 There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in gender,age,past medical history and NIHSS score between the two groups;1.2 There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the levels of uric acid and lipoprotein(a)between the two groups;1.3 There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in two groups of patients with liver function((ALT?AST)and renal function(BUN,Cr).2 Comparison of seventh days before and after treatment:2.1 The NIHSS score in Danhong group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);2.2 The levels of uric acid and lipoprotein(a)in the Danhong group decreased significantly compared with the control group and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).3 Comparison of fourteenth days before and after treatment:3.1 The NIHSS score in Danhong group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);3.2 Than the control group,the effective rate in Danhong group was significantly higher(P<0.05);3.3 The levels of uric acid and lipoprotein(a)in Danhong group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);3.4 There was no statistically significant differences(P>0.05)between the Danhong group and control group of liver function and renal function changes and there was no statistical difference.Conclusion: Danhong injection combined with conventional therapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of cerebral infarction.Danhong injection can reduce the level of serum uric acid and lipoprotein(a)in patients with cerebral infarction.There was no significant difference in the effect of the liver and kidney function between Danhong injection and the control group.
