Clinical Comparative Study Of Ultrasound-guided Needle Knife Release And Local Blocking In Treating Subacromial Bursitis

Objective:In order to provide a better treatment for patients with subclavian bursitis,we observe two different ways by Ultrasound-guided needle-knife release and Ultrasound-guided local Blocking,and compared the different efficacy of the two therapies.Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria of subclavian bursitis in the standard of "Efficacy of TCM diagnostic criteria for certification" issued by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and "Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guide-Pain Volume" issued by Chinese Medical Association.76 Patients were divided into the treatment group(ultrasound-guided needle-knife release)and the control group(ultrasound-guided local closure)randomly.38 patients are in the treatment group,23 males and 15 females,this mean age is(54.46±6.08)years,the course of disease is(8.30±3.81)w,using ultrasound guided needle knife release treatment;38 cases,25 males and 12 females,the average age(53.21 ± 7.02)years,duration of disease is(8.84 ± 3.85)w,using ultrasound-guided local closed treatment.The pain,function and comprehensive curative effect of shoulder joint before and after treatment were evaluated.Results: The pain and function of shoulder were improved before treatment.After 1 day of treatment,compare the VAS and CMS scores between thetwo groups,The control group was superior to the treatment group.But after 7days and 14 days,There is no significant difference between the two groups compared the VAS and CMS scores.In terms of comprehensive efficacy,there is no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:(1)For patients with subclavian bursitis,botb ultrasound-guided needle-knife release and ultrasound-guided local blocking can significantly improve the function of shoulder and recreace the pain.(2)Under ultrasound guidance,local blocking in reducing the pain and inprove joint function of patients with subclavian bursitis is more quikely than needle-knife release.(3)Under the guidance of ultrasound,needle-knife treatment and local blocking of the treatment of patients with subclavian bursitis,the two clinical efficacy in the follow-up effect and the total effective rate was no significant difference.(4)For patients with subclavian bursitis,the treatment of local blocking can cause local anesthetic poisoning or allergies ? Steroid hormone side effects and other adverse events.However,needle-knife treatment nerve occur those phenomenon,so it is a better treatment for patients.
