| Objective:To investigate the relationship between anti-muller-tube hormone(AMH)level, age, body mass index(BMI)and basal sex hormone levels and the outcome of controlled ovulation induction during IVF/ICSI-ET assisted pregnancy in PCOS patients. Methods:A total of 259 PCOS patients who met the exclusion criteria for the treatment of initial line plan were selected.According to the number of retrieved oocytes, they were divided into group A(n=49,retrieved oocytes ≤10),group B(n=102,10>retrieved oocytes<20)and group C(n=108,retrieved oocytes ≥20).Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the number of available embryos, and the serum AMH,age,BMI,INHB and basal sex hormones before controlled ovulation promotion. Results:There were statistically significant differences in AMH,BMI,PRL,T,number of retrieved oocytes, number of high-quality embryos, number of available embryos, number of available blastocysts, and total Gn among the three groups(P<0.05).Pearson partial correlation analysis showed that the number of retrieved oocytes was positively correlated with AMH(r=0.539,P<0.001),negatively correlated with BMI(r=-0.410,P<0.001).AMH was negatively correlated with BMI(r=-0.343,P<0.001).Conclusion:Serum AMH is positively correlated with the number of retrieved oocytes by PCOS patients after controlled ovulation induction treatment during IVF/ICSI-ET assisted pregnancy,BMI isnegatively correlated with it,AMH is negatively correlated with BMI. |
