Objective: To observe and study the preventive effect of Jiajian Guipi Decoction for patients with mixed hemorrhoids before operation on qi-blood deficient constipation after the operation.Methods: Sixty patients meeting the requirements of this study were selected as participants in the study and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each one.The surgery and symptomatic treatment were the same.Patients in the treatment group were orally treated with Jiajian Guipi Decoction one dose and three times a day for a week after the operation,while patients in the control group took the Macrogol 4000 powder for oral solution.Two weeks later,the defecation time interval,constipation symptoms integral,bleeding and soreness of all patients were observed and collected to evaluate the preventive effect of Jiajian Guipi Decoction.Results: Compared with patients in the control group,patients in the treatment group had less and milder defecation time interval and constipation symptoms integral without the symptom of hemorrhage or other serious complication.The treatment group was better than the control group in the total effective rate.Conclusion: Jiajian Guipi Decoction for patients with mixed hemorrhoids has preventive effect on qi-blood deficient constipation after the operation.
