A Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Hand Subacute Eczema By Using Jiaweierfan Decoction Washout

Research objectiveTo assess systematically the clinical curative effect,safety and the recurrence rate on the treatment of hand subacute eczema by using Jiaweierfan decoction.Provide a new treatment idea for the clinical treatment of hand subacute eczema.Research methodThis study selected 60 patients with the inclusion criteria in the dermatology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,who were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group(30 cases)were treated with Jiaweierfan decoction,while the control group(30 cases)were treated with Triamcinolne Acetonide Acetate and Econazole Nitrate Cream wipe.Both group needed continuous treatment for 2 weeks and subsequent visit one times a week.Use spss21.0 software for data analysis and then make relevant Clinical judgment by comparing the improvement of symptoms and signs before and after treatment and recurrence rate.Research resultsThis study completed totally 58 clinical cases.The treatment group involved 29 cases,and there were 6 cases cured,11 cases markedly effective,9 cases effective,3cases invalid,and the total effective rate was 89.66%.While the control group involved29 cases,4 cases cured,8 cases markedly effective,12 cases effective,5 cases invalid,and the total effective rate was 82.76%.After statistical analysis,the difference between the two groups in the total efficacy rate had no statistical significance(P>0.05),indicating that the clinical curative effect of the treatment of both group were equal.In improve skin rash the degree of itching,and Dermatology Life Quality,the difference of the efficacy between the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Comparing the recurrence rate in two groups of cured and markedly effective patients,the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05),indicating that the effect of the treatment group in preventing relapse of hand subacute eczema wassignificantly better than the control group.ConclusionJiaweierfan decoction could effectively improve the skin rash,itching and D ermatology Life Quality of hand subacute eczema,and curative effect was equal with the control group.Moreover the recurrence rate was low,and the safety was reliable without obvious adverse reactions.The decoction offers another ther-apeutic method.
