Clinical And Experimental Study On Shireqing Combined With Heidou Lotion In Treating Hand And Foot Eczema

Objective:to observe the curative effect of shireqing combined with heidou lotion treating subacute hand-foot eczema,to compare its curative effect with that of heidou lotion and fujixiji,to probe the mechanism of action of heidou lotion and shireqing treating subacute hand and foot eczema and to oberve the influence of heidou lotion on itching model.Methods:90 cases are divided into three groups at random with 30 cases in each group and the course of treatment is four weeks.The clinical situation of all pationts' erythema,papula,rhagas,erythma area and itching are scored and compared on their first visit,two weeks and four weeks after the treatment respectively.In the animal experiment part,guinea pig itching model is set up.All guinea pigs are divided into three groups at random and the three groups are applied physiological saline,halcinonide and heidou lotion on their left ears respectively.After the treatment course,the influence of heidou lotion on inch of skin is reserved.In the other experiment,the subacute contact dermatitis animal model is set up and all guinea pigs are divided into three groups and are applied with physiological saline,halcinonide and heidou lotion on their left ears respectively.After the treatment course the thickness,weight and inflammatory cells number difference between the two ears of guinea pigs are measured in order to observe the anti-inflammatory effect of heidou lotion.Result:After the four-week treatment cours,The total effective rate, and recovery rate of treatment groupⅠare 96.67% and 56.67% respectively.That of treatment groupⅡare 66.67% and 33.33% respectively.That of the control group are 46.67% and 13.33%.There is significant deviation between the three groups.After two-week treatment course,treatment groupⅠhave an advantage over the other groups on skin situation,which suggests shireqing can shorten the subacute eczema treatment course and has better prostecdtive efficac.In the experiment part,it is shown that heidou lotion can relieve itching significantly and has anti-inflammatory effect.Conclusion:Heidou lotion can cure hand-foot eczema effectively,is convenient to use,has little side-effect and has better dependence.The treatment of shireqing combined with heidou lotion has an advantage over that of heidou lotion only.The two treatment are both better than that of expernal application of fujixiji.
