The Clinical Study On The Tretment For Subacute Eczema With The Method Of Jianpichushi

Objective:Eczema is a common allergic skin inflammation, through clinical observation of patients which were treated by the method of Jianpichushi with subacute eczema's skin lesions improvement, pruritus and other symptoms of change,understanding the treatment of subacute eczema with the method of Jianpichushi, in order to further guide clinical treatment.Methods:80 patients with subacute eczema were randomly divided into treatment group Jianpihuashitang(40 cases) and control group Ebastine(40 cases).Two groups are two week into a course of treatment, after 3 courses determine the efficacy.Results:The total effective rate of treating group was82.5%.Compared with control group's 52.5% efficacy by statistic analysis,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The method of Jianpichushi and Jianpihuashitang's treatment of subacute eczema have better clinical efficacy;2.Jianpihuashitang decoction can improve the skin lesions of patients with subacute eczema and itch severity score;3.Jianpihuashitang decoction is the safety of the treatment of subacute eczema prescription.
