| Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects,safety and adverse reactions of Jianpi Huashi Decoction Oral Combined with Compound Scutellaria Baicalensis “ Water Film ” wet dressing in the treatment of Subacute eczema.It is planned to find a more effective treatment plan for Subacute eczema through this study,which will play a certain reference role for future clinical treatment.Methods: A total of 62 eczema patients who met the requirements of the study were selected.patients who attended the dermatology clinic of District of Wuhan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between July 2020 and September 2020 were selected.According to the principle of statistical random distribution,62 patients meeting the research requirements were randomly divided into two groups: 31 in the treatment group and31 in the control group.The control group was given basic treatment(Jianpi Huashi Decoction oral and Rupatadine Fumarate tablets).The treatment group was given Compound Scutellaria Baicalensis “Water Film” wet dressing and basic treatment.Both groups were treated for four weeks.Observe and record the EASI score,pruritus score,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions during treatment,and recurrence rate after treatment before and after treatment in the two groups.The data were described by means of standard deviation(X±S)and statistically processed by SPSS 23.0 statistical software.The K-S test of a single sample was firstly used to analyze whether the data conforms to the normal distribution.T test was used to analyze the data that conform to normal distribution.Independent sample T test was used for comparison between the two groups.Paired T test was used for comparison between the same groups.Mann-whitney U test and Wilcoxon test was used to analyze the data that did not conform to normal distribution.Mann-whitney U test was used for comparison between the two groups.Wilcoxon test was used for comparison between the same groups.Chi-square test was used to compare gender composition and efficiency between groups.All results were evaluated with P<0.05 as the standard,and the difference was considered statistically significant.Results:1.There were no significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in gender,age,duration,skin area,and EASI score(p> 0.05),the two groups were comparable.2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the EASI score and itching score between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were significantly improved.There was significant difference between the two groups,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical treatment effect in the treatment group:3 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were improved,1 case was ineffective,and the effective rate(healed + markedly effective / total number of cases in the treatment group)was 96%;clinical treatment in the control group Results: 0 cases were cured,3 cases were markedly improved,15 cases were improved,12 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate(healed + markedly effective / total number of cases in the control group)was 83%.The effective rate of clinical treatment in the treatment group> control group.The clinical treatment effectiveness of the two groups was compared by Statistical software,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.4.Comparison of adverse reactions: 1 cases of adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group with a adverse reaction rate of 3% and 3 cases of adverse reactions occurred in the control group with a adverse reaction rate was 10%.The adverse reaction rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.5.Comparison of recurrence rate: 2 weeks after the end of treatment in this study,the cured patients in the treatment group and the control group were followed up.1 recurrence occurred in the treatment group,and the recurrence rate was 3%.5recurrence occurred in the control group,and the recurrence rate was 28%.The comparison of recurrence rates between the two groups was tested by Statistical software,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Compound Scutellaria Baicalensis “Water Film” wet dressing combined with basic treatment(Jianpi Huashi Decoction oral and Rupatadine Fumarate tablets)has definite curative effect,and had a lowe incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate.in addition,Compound Scutellaria Baicalensis“Water Film” wet dressing combined with basic treatment(Jianpi Huashi Decoction oral and Rupatadine Fumarate tablets)is better than basic treatment alone.. |
