Clinical Effect Observation Of Exogenous Eczema Of Hand Cutin By JinShou Fang

Research purpose:Through systematic clinical trials and studies,the clinical efficacy,safety,recurrence rate and other indicators of self-designed "hand dip" external immersion in the treatment of hand cutin proliferative eczema were evaluated,so as to provide a more effective and safe treatment scheme for clinical treatment of hand cutin proliferative eczema.The research methods:In this study,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient department of medical cosmetology,affiliated hospital of chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine and the patients treated by researchers' relatives and friends were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Thirty patients in the treatment group were soaked with hand formula and then coated with erythromycin ointment and astragalus cream.In the control group,30 cases were treated with compound flumisone cream,and erythromycin ointment and astragalus cream were applied after the treatment.The patient was re-examined once a week and treated continuously for 2 weeks.SPSS25 software was used for statistical analysis of treatment-related data,and the improvement of hand symptoms before and after treatment and the recurrence rate were compared to make relevant clinical judgment.The results of the study:A total of 57 clinical cases were completed in this study,including 29 in the treatment group,6 in the treatment group,12 in the treatment group,8 in the treatment group,and 3 in the treatment group.The total effective rate was 89.66%.In the control group,29 cases were cured,4 cases were cured,10 cases were significantly effective,10 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 82.76%.After statistical analysis,there was no statistically significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the clinical effective rate in the treatment group was as good as that in the control group: no statistically significant difference was found in the improvement of hand lesions,itching,skin dryness,skin thickening and other conditions,and the quality of life(P>0.05).The results indicated that the treatment group and the control group had similar efficacy in improving skin lesions,pruritus,skin thickening and quality of life of hand cutin proliferative eczema(P>0.05).After the comparison of recurrence between the two groups by clinical telephone follow-up,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in the treatment of hand keratinic proliferative eczema to prevent its recurrence(P<0.05).Conclusion:Since the proposed party to hand cutin proliferative eczema has good treatment effect,can improve the lesion size,itching,hand skin thickening and quality of life and work,its curative effect and the control group compound flumetasone cream(P > 0.05),but the treatment group to use the hands of the recurrence rate is lower than the control group(P < 0.05),and through the observation of treatment and after treatment has no obvious adverse reaction,for hand cutin proliferative eczema clinical treatment provides an effective treatment method.
