Study On The Relationship Between TCM Syndrome And Objective Examination Of Ulcerative Colitis Patients

Objective:To investigate the TCM syndrome type distribution of ulcerative colitis and in patients with age,sex,course of the disease,illness,Hb,Fg,D-dimer,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),platelet(PLT),the correlation of serum creactive protein(CRP),the accuracy of the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine for the disease to provide more reference.Methods: This study selecting 85 cases are all from January 2015 to January 2016,chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital digestive department outpatient and the inpatient that they have been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis patients.Using uniform questionnaire,collect information of ulcerative colitis patients,and the study of clinical laboratory information objective indicators and syndromes.Using SPSS21.0 statistical software analysis,the discussion of TCM syndrome type distribution and patients' age,sex,course of the disease,illness,PLT,Hb,ESR,CRP,Fg,the correlation of D-dimer.Results: 1.the sex ratio of 1.24:1,syndrome classification on male,the female are given priority to with e.humid license and certificate to change;2.the TCM syndrome type distribution of different ages: youth is given priority to with e.damp heat syndrome,middle-aged group give priority to in order to change the card,the elderly group is given priority to with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency;3.TCM syndrome type distribution of the different course: course of 0 to 5 years is given priority to with e.damp heat syndrome,the course of 5-10 years give priority to in order to change the card,a course of 10 years or more is given priority to with spleen deficiency syndrome;4.different condition of TCM syndrome type distribution:activity,e.hot and humid card and card of change in the most rare,remission is given priority to with spleen deficiency syndrome and spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome;5.85 patients with ulcerative colitis,the most common syndrome with e.hot and humid,a total of 31 cases,accounting for about 36.47%.Other syndrome types in accordance with the order of diminishing liver spleen deficiency(28.24%),spleen qi deficiency syndrome(20.00%),spleen and kidney Yang deficiency(9.41%),fever(3.53%),mixed Yin anaemia deficiency syndrome(2.35%);6.Colonoscopy,pathology and TCM syndrome types: mucosal edema,debaucjed ulcer,easy bleeding,blood vessels,texture fuzzy multiple in e.hot and humid card;Pathological results,can appear different TCM syndrome types were acute or chronic inflammatory cells,and e.the pathology of damp and hot erosion or ulceration,fossae inflammation/crypt abscesses and crypt structure change were significantly higher than other card type;Other symptoms have no obvious difference between different syndrome types;7.PLT and TCM syndrome type distribution: e.hot and humid card PLT increased most obviously,the same card type,activity PLT of different level is higher than remission;8.Hb and TCM syndrome type distribution: spleen deficiency syndrome is utilized to reduce the most obvious,the same card type,activity Hb of different level is lower than the remission;9.CRP,ESR,Fg,D-dimer and TCM syndrome type distribution:e.hot and humid card CRP,ESR,Fg,D-dimer increased most obviously,the same card type,activity of CRP,ESR,Fg,D-dimer of different level higher than in remission.Conclusion:(1)the TCM syndrome types in patients with ulcerative colitis is given priority to with e.hot and humid card;(2)patients with ulcerative colitis with TCM syndrome type distribution of age,sex,course of the disease,illness,PLT,Hb,ESR,CRP,Fg,D-dimer has certain correlation;(3)in traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ulcerative colitis patients,in addition to the traditional listening,asking and four,should also be determined in the peripheral blood PLT,Hb,ESR,CRP,Fg,D-dimer level,can assist the UC of traditional Chinese medicine,the treatment plan is determined.
