Cluster Analysis Of TCM Syndrome Types And Clinical Observation Of Related Syndrome Types In The Active Period Of Ulcerative Colitis

Purpose:By collecting the clinical data of the active period of ulcerative colitis in the third affiliated hospital of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine,relevant symptoms,tongue images and pulse images were counted.By using the method of systematic cluster analysis,the basic syndrome rules of UC activity period were analyzed and summarized.And the clinical effect observation of the related syndrome types in the active stage treated by the combination of tongguanye and zhixueguanchangsan,To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine on ulcerative colitis.Material and method:1.To understand the current situation of syndrome types of Chinese medicine in the active stage of UC through literature search,establish a questionnaire for syndrome information of Chinese medicine,conduct cluster analysis with spss21.0 statistical software,and summarize and discuss the distribution law of syndrome types of UC in the active stage.2.60 UC patients in the active stage were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 people in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the enema prescription was selected: 20 g of cortex phellodendron,20 g of cortex ulmus,15 g of radix notoginseng powder,5g of radix notoginseng powder,2g of tin powder,100 m L,twice a day.The enema was reserved(the medicine recommended by the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine)for 4 weeks.In the treatment group,the enema was made with the combination of tongguanye and zhixueguanchangsan,the dose was about 100 ml,and the enema was kept twice a day.The rest remained the same for 4 weeks.To study its clinical efficacy.Results:1.TCM syndromes of cluster analysis of active ulcerative colitis: spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation syndrome,large intestine dampness and heat syndrome,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome.2.According to the clinical study,TCM syndrome scores and TCM syndrome efficacy in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05);The clinical effective rate,clinical remission rate,colonoscopy mucosa image and mucosa pathology score of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.No adverse reactions or adverse events occurred in the two groups during the treatment,and there were no abnormal changes of clinical value in the residual liver function,renal function,blood routine and electrocardiogram during the treatment.Conclusion : 1.TCM syndromes of cluster analysis of active ulcerative colitis:spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation syndrome,large intestine dampness and heat syndrome,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome.2.The curative effect of treating active ulcerative colitis with tongguanye and zhixueguanchangsan,combined with western medicine was better than that of the control group,and the curative effect was better for all 3 types.
