Endoscopic Performance Of Ulcerative Colitis And The Relevance Of TCM Syndrome Types Research

Objective: To investigate the correlation between different TCM syndromes and endoscopic mucosal images of ulcerative colitis,summarize the dialectical law under endoscopy,strengthen the objectification of TCM syndrome differentiation,thus provide a certain theoretical basis for the standardized treatmentof this disease.Methods:1.Collecting the basic information and related clinical data of patients with ulcerative colitis,53 cases of ulcerative colitis met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were selected in the clinic.Reading related literature,develop a corresponding clinical form combined with the research idea of this topic.2.Combining with clinical data of patient,to observe the characteristics of endoscopic mucosal images in 53 patients and data entry.3.Using SPSS17.0 statistical software to deal with the analysis,draw the conclusion.Results:1.The study collected a total of 53 patients,the average age of 44.51 + 14.46 years old,male to female ratio of 2.1:1,and 84.9% patients without smoking history.The most common predisposing factor for this disease is the dietary factor,accounting for 49.1%,followed by over exertion,accounting for 35.8%,the two together more than two-thirds.2.Common clinical symptoms in the ten patients were:diarrhea,abdominal pain,blood stool with mucus and pus,anorexia,stool with mucus,poor sleep,tenesmus,body burnout,anus fall,hyperactive bowel sounds and others.3.The distribution of common mucosal images in patients with colonoscopy is:congestive erosion,superficial ulcer formation,vascular texture is not clear,rough mucosa,covered with pus,pseudopolyps formation.Less features are:irregular peristalsis,disappearance of colonic pouch,capillary hemorrhage,mucosal bridge formation.4.There is no statistical significance between the two kinds of TCM syndromes and the severity of the disease and lesions involving the intestinal segment,but having a significant correlation between the surface of intestinal mucosa,whether the mucosal surface of the colon is covered with pus,whether there is capillary emorrhage and the presence of pseudopolyps.Also,two kinds of TCM syndromes are associated with tongue nature and coating on the tongue.The surface of intestinal mucosa in the patients with large intestine damp heat syndrome is easy to be covered with pus and bleed.But the surface of the intestinal mucosa in the patients with spleen deficiency with dampness syndrome is easy to produce pseudopolyps.Red tongue with yellow greasy fur is more common in large intestine damp heat syndrome,and pink tongue with white greasy fur is more common in spleen deficiency with dampness syndrome.Conclusion: Ulcerative colitis occurs mostly in young and middle-aged men.There is a obvious correlation between the two kinds of TCM syndrome type,whether the mucosal surface of the colon is covered with pus,whether there is capillary hemorrhage and the presence of pseudopolyps.Also,two kinds of TCM syndromes are associated with tongue nature and coating on the tongue.
