Objective:By comparing the clinical efficacy of single row technique and Speed Fix technique in the treatment of small and medium sized rotator cuff under shoulder arthroscopy,provide an alternative for clinical treatment,so as to optimize the treatment plan,to further improve the efficacy.Method:A retrospective study of 28 patients with small and medium sized rotator cuff injury treatment with single row and speed fix technique repair under shoulder arthroscopy,patients as the research object from the March 2015-March 2016 in the Teaching hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,According to the operation mode,the patients were divided into single row group(A group)and Speed Fix group(B).(A)group of 13 cases,(B)group of 15 cases.According to the degree of injury the patients were divided into: small-sized tear(<1cm)and medium-sized tear(1-3cm),of which 15 cases of small tear(<1cm),A group have 7 cases,B group ave 8 cases;13 cases of Medium tear,A group accounted for 6 cases,B group accounted for 7 cases.Used UCLA(University of California at Los Angeles University of at Los Angeles)score and Constant-Murley score assessed all of patients at Preoperative,got X-ray radiograph of the shoulder for every one,All patients with shoulder joint MRI examination,to further clarify the diagnosis,and at the same time fully exclude the frozen shoulder,giant rotator cuff injury and other complications.The operation steps of the two groups of patien-ts with arthroscopic examination,articular cavity cleaning,and acromioplasty,single row group(group A)take the first implantation of suture anchors and used knot suture technique,however speed fix group(group B)first adopts the fibertape with horizontal mattress suture,combine with free knot screw.Besides record the operation time of the two groups;kept the shoulder abduction about 3-6 weeks at postoperative,before started to exercise.The UCLA score and Constant-Murley score were appraised between the two groups after surgery for 1 month,3 months,6months and 12 months respectively,then compared the scores of the two groups.Result: There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender composition,mean age,duration of disease(P>0.05).All of the 28 patients were followed up for more than 12 months.Taking UCLA and Constant-Murley as the standard,small and medium sized tears patients accepted single row and speed fix,preoperative score ratio has no significant difference the P value was > 0.05,at the same time on the postoperative score the P value > 0.05,that was to say there was no statistically significant difference.Compared with the operation time,Patients with small tears the average time of the patients who received the single row technique treatment was 73.86±17.920 and the average time of speed fix technique treatment was about 56.63±10.836,p=0.039 <0.05.In the patients with medium-sized tearing,the average time of single row was 90.33±8.406,and the average time of speed fix was 71.57±13.011,p=0.012<0.05.Conclusion: Repair rotato cuff under arthroscopy is an effective method for the treatment of rotator cuff injury.There was no obvious difference for the small-sized tear and medium-sized tear patients with single row t and speed fix.However,in the operation time of small and medium-sized tear,the speed fix technique is shorter than the single row suture anchor.
